In this report, they are correct. They were not allowed to bring in any
independent expert. The man doing the autopsy, Dr. Jon Thogmartin, was
'selected' for this job. He was hired by a committee headed by State
Attorney Bernie McCabe, who is friends with Judge Greer and former
Pinellas County Sheriff Everett Rice (who also hired Michael Schiavo in
2004 to work in the Pinellas County Jail Medical Division). Thogmartin
was given a $20, 000 a year pay raise to take the job as medical
examiner. All of you out there, figure it out..

I think divorce and remarriage would have been the better option for Michael.
The parents would then have had the resonsibility for Teri plus the care expenses.
But this case involves money.
Only $50,000 of the original million dollars remains.
Who gets the remaining money ?
And don't forget that Michael and his girlfriend have committed a crime under Florida State Law :
