A history teacher isn't a good authority on legal rights.

In fact, most of our youth today do not even
understand the Declaration of Independance, why it was written or what
our unalienable rights are.

For example, by the standards of the day the American revolutionaries
were traitors and terrorists.

questions to ask, just to see what people know. And here they are.

1. What are your unalienable rights?

2. May ever the President of the United States be thus impeached and
punished?

"Be THUS impeached"? Your question doesn't make sense. The President
may be impeached by Congress. That is not a punishment but a removal
from office.

3. Have the different States of the Union all the powers which
rightfully belong to a State, except those which are denied to them by
the Constitution?

It is a matter of opinion whether the states have powers that are
"rightfully" theirs. Most people who argue that subject tend to
ignore the 14th amendment.

4. May they meet with arms* in their hands?

States cannot meet, with arms or without.

5. Has the Government power to enter the house of a citizen and search
it, and to take him, his papers, and his property, at any time it
thinks fit?

No.

Now I am not proclaiming to be a expert on History, nor the above
topic.

Why not?
