Noted for? I don't know of any places NOTED for inbreeding. What you
probably were meaning to ask is if I was referring to a particular location
that this problem exists. There is, but I don't wish to embarrass fellow
Americans because of their misfortunes. Had that been my intention , I
would have mentioned it in my original post. Perhaps you and the Rice
reject can do some research and help the cause rather than critisize
someone who IS trying to help.

Given that you crossposted your original witterings to
alt.appalachian, this suggests that you have this particular area in
mind. Now, Ok, even a non American like me has heard the jokes about
that part of the world, but it doesn't mean they are true, or anything
other than what the more oversensitive would call "hate speech" ie
tribal discrimination of some kind.

"J Young" (among its other numerous identities) is just trying to upset one
person who's a native of Appalachian Kentucky -- me. All he's accomplished is
to demonstrate his ignorance of that particular American subculture.

"Pat Humphrey" (the one of Rice U. infamy) actually thinks someone
would give a damn about his background. He's right about one thing;
any culture he possess' would be a sub-culture.

....as opposed to you, who can be distinguished from common bacteria by the
fact that the bacteria *can* be cultured. (What you don't know *can* hurt
you.)

"Pat Humphrey" (the one of Rice U. infamy)...

I bet if your real identity and backround were uncovered, the amount
of infamy there would probably embarass the most hardened criminal.

Indeed. Look at osprey, for an example...
