tanks Israel is using are American tanks. They are all Israeli designed
and made Merkava tanks, with only US engines, but the rest of the tank
is pure Israeli. The ammunition is Israeli.
The planes and helicopters are US, but the radars, fire controls
systems and other avionics in the planes are mostly ISraeli. The 155 mm
howitzers are American, but the ammo is made in Israel. Meanwhile, all
the munitions used by Hezbollah are either Syrian or Iranian-made.

Because "Eretz Yisrael" is Jewish land occupied by Arabs. The League of
Nations ruled that Palestine is the Jewish homeland in 1920. That's
when the Arabs attacked the JEwish settlers.
