For starters, Johnny is neither good nor decent. He is an ***** and a
liar that is completely disrespectful to everyone else except the
handful like you that do not care about others and kowtow to his
agenda.
Second, in his descriptions of of his actions that night, he admitted
that the two more major charges were true. While he claims to be
innocent and acting in self-defense, he admits to having been stopped
by a cop that night, and then shoving the cop to the ground when, by
the description of the cops actions, the cop was trying to arrest him.
The presumption of innocence goes out the window when the accused
acknowledges that he is guilty or shows that he is guilty by his
descriptions of his actions.
