All I really desire in the entire quagmire of social discontent is a rule to
live by.
If you tell me that abortion is legal in any pregnancy then I will seek to
live up to that law.
Which tells me I am free to impregnate any female regardless of her marital
status or age or income level, etc.
If you tell me abortion is not permitted in cases of adultery and
fornication, then I will still be able to impregnate those women yet the
baby can not be aborted legally.
This is about choice, and I want to know what my choices are.
As it stands now, I can choose to have sex with any female who is capable of
conceiving a child without any concern for the child being born.
I am a very reasonable person, and to tell me that I am not permitted to do
so under current law is a transgression of reason and violates the
justification of abortion legalism itself and it violates my liberty as a
citizen of the USA.
You want a rule to live by, then if you say the current law is that, then I
am once again permitted to impregnate any female who can conceive a child
because there is no risk of producing too many children that way.
The law is not specific enough in this area, because it should mandate
abortions in cases rather than leaving it up in the air for so many to
decide.
The standard is not solid enough, it is too uncertain, and it is too unfair.
The current standard seems to be one for money only and not for love because
it is not well-defined enough to evidence a love agenda.

That is the essence of freedom.

Have you ever heard of contraceptives? You know, condoms, the pill, diaphragms,
spermicide, etc?If you prevent the pregnancy, the whole abortion issue becomes
moot.

Hogwash. What about if the woman wants to raise the child?

The standard is not solid enough, it is too uncertain, and it is too unfair.

Making decisions is part of being an adult.
Each person's situation is unique. In desiring whether to have a child, you
must consider marital status, finances, available time, and what the parent
wants to do.

If she had told the truth she would not have qualified for an abortion under
the then current law.
What is your point?
The Supreme Court had no reason to overturn the Texas conviction since she
claimed rape which woulda qualified her for an abortion.

Simply put, abortion was not legal in the case which was presented except in
the cas of rape which was claimed which means there was no reason to
prosecute or to widen the abortion rights.
Adultery and fornication were not covered, only rape, incest and life of the
mother.
Claiming rape could get her off of the conviction yuet ti was not enough to
authorize abortion in so many other cases.
So, if you tell me next that women's rights are not to use a coathanger
after they get pregnant via adultery or fornication or prostitution, then we
know what is happening.
ADULTERY, FORNICATION, and PROSTITUTION!
So, which way you wanna go with it now?
You wanna tell me that since only a fraction of the nation's women were
actually committing fornication or adultery or prostitution (which includes
making porno movies for cash), that the law shoulda been overtunrned for the
benefit of those few 'unfaithful' women such that it corrupted so many of
the rest of our nation that you still think it is justifiable in law for an
entire nation's people?
Go ahead.
I never missed the point.
I do not need pat blanket pablumesque statements to tell me when abortion is
permitted.
All I need is very specific language when it is allowed, and the case when
it is not allowed is even easier, and that is called "Thou shall not kill."

Not my job, huh?

No, it isn't.

Check the ABA, and the government.

The ABA don't write laws, and you don't either.

The ABA routinely discards laws.
That is a violation of their job description, and their license.

Idiot. Hammurabi didn't speak 16th Century English.

You are now trying to escape someone who you call an idiot with that

shitty

reasoning?

You can't reason, son. You're doing well to figure out how to blink,

from the

way you're acting.

LOL!!!!!!
I reference the Code of Hammurabi, and that is all you cna come up with?

You can't even tell the difference between the KJV Bible and the Hammurabi
Code, and that's the best *you* can come up with?

Not much difference, actually in the Old Testament and the Code of
Hammurabi, right?

Live in THIS world once in a while, for a change.

Been living in it since 1961 and before.

...and you've managed to not learn anything in all that time.

LOL!!!!!!!!
Who needs to learn anything in a society that dispenses with knowledge so
much.

People who don't wish to be regarded as hopeless *****-ups, as you are

hellbent

on being.

Hellbent?
Not me.
I choose not to obscure and hide facts from the people.

You have no authority over anyone. Period. I can guarantee that.

Much in law shows me authority over millions.

Try exercising it, then. Usenet will be a better place once you're
permanently removed from it.

*****. That's either done by the legislature or by the Supreme Court. Are
you sure you're an American?

That is a violation of their job description, and their license.

Could you try to make a little LESS sense? (Damn. Sakku Koivu puts the Finns
up 2-1 at 16:06...)

Other than the little detail that Christianity was still almost three
millennia in the future when Hammurabi was pressing his cuneiform characters
into clay tablets, for starters...

Still too illiterate to understand an Enlgish term in common usage?

Not me.

Stupid? Definitely you.

You choose to peddle patent *****, boy. You wouldn't know a fact if it
slapped you in the head. You go out of your way to demonstrate that just
about every time you post.
