never, given the way you act in the newsgroup. You certainly have
never been able to support your assertions that you were wrongfully
terminated, nor have you been able to support your assertions that
the corporate lawyers lied about you when you challenged their
firing of you. And many people have asked you to back up your
claims over the years, not just me.

Simple proof that it is not the same question. Assuming that your
termination from Duke Energy about 15 years ago was indeed wrongful
in nature, there was no reason why your could not have dusted
yourself off and gotten another job somewhere else. Then, you
would be working and have been working for most of the time since
your supposedly wrongful termination. Another termination, say 5
years ago during some general layoff at where you were working
later, would not have been "wrongful", nor would it have resulted
in the time since you had last been working being the same since
when you were supposedly "wrongfully terminated".
