A judge sentenced a former Charlottesville High School chorus teacher
Thursday to a year and nine months in prison for engaging in a series
of sexual relationships with male students.
Jonathan Keith Spivey, 47, is a 20-year veteran of the city school
system and a former music minister at Mount Zion Baptist Church.
