A former Catholic priest has been sentenced to 19 months in prison
after pleading guilty to sexually abusing a teenage alter boy and
another teenage male parishioner. The 64-year-old William McSherry
Stock was sentenced after he pleaded guilty to two counts of unnatural
and perverted sexual practices last month. Police say Stock molested a
13 or 14 year old alter boy who attended St. Peter's Parish on Olney
when the two were alone there sometime around the year 1978.
