HOLLAND — A Holland woman sat silently in Holland District Court
Tuesday while a man accused of molesting her 9-year-old niece was
arraigned on a felony sex assault charge.
"I just wanted to punch him," the child's aunt, who is also the girl's
guardian, said after the hearing.
Eric Wayne Vander Yacht, 50, of Holland, who is accused of sexually
assaulting the girl in a church, stood quietly beside his attorney
during his arraignment Tuesday.
