twins, is the first person prosecuted under a state fetal protection

However, the defense claims that Basoria repeatedly punched herself
with Flores standing on her abdomen. Flores is the first person in

What does not make sense is that the female was not charged with a crime in
this case.

Maybe that's because she was attacked by Flores - in other words, she
didn't consent to an abortion, much less an atack on her.

Why was the first account I read one which stated that she conspired with
him to abort the child?

Abortion law states that abortion is legal when a woman consents to the
abortion being performed by a physician.

What this case illustrates is the nonsense of abortion 'rights.'
How is the action murder based on WHO does the killing? Why does a
medical degree bestow a license to kill?

alleged beliefs, you'll refuse to have it amputated. After all, that's
killing, isn't it?
