Hi,
In my system of justice, if someone commits a capital offense,
we execute the individual up to twelve times for those who are
deserving of capital punishment. After we execute them, my kids
process and separate their molecules so that they can be
transported or shuttled from one place to another. After execution,
the person is shuttled to the Epcot Center / Providence Center,
where they are then put into a diffent type of body, which my kids
dress them up in, molecularly. It is called a "dead man's suit",
which is much like a human body, but it is an indicator that the
person is there in the Epcot Center in transition between this
world or other places, and the Epcot processing center.
After fixing up the person we executed, and helping that person
recover from the trauma of being executed, we shuttle them back
to the prison for a second execution. This process is repeated
again, and again, until all of the sentenced executions have been
carried out and the punishment, to that point, is finalized.
After the executions are finished, and the person has finished
being taken care of in the Epcot Center, the individual is then
shuttled back to the prison and kept for a prison term in the
penetentiary.
In the future we may increase the number of executions to fifty
or more. Nobody likes to be executed and end up in my dead man's
suit in my Epcot Center. And the more often we execute them, the
more we will get across to them the point that their behavior is
unacceptable. After we have gotten the notion across to them, then
they will do a prison term.
It's my own unique form of justice, punishment, and the pro-active
reform of the criminal mind.
DNA cloning and all genetic experiments on the human being, by the
way, are outlawed under Gurkian law, and a few scientists have
already been executed and are in prison. They were on one of my most
wanted lists. Some of those scientists are on the no go list and
they will be leaving my universe, permanently, when I have the time
to completely disassemble components that I'm responsible for
disassembling.
Right to Life Permit
As I mentioned before, there is a marker sheet and on that sheet
there are kept a record of meritorious, or positive deeds and negative
deeds. When someone opposes my religion, that person acquires negative
marks up the kazoo, and as that person continues such behavior, the
positive arks begin to vanish. After awhile, two, three, four, five,
six, seven, or eight years, if the positive marks category is emptied
out, and the negative marks category is filled to the brim and then
beyond, considerably further beyond or past the redemption line, the
person may lose his or her right to life permit if the marks are far
enough out there.
That means, that the person will cease living and will end up in
my Epcot Center with no way to reenter this world until a deal is
worked out. Usually a deal is some kind of proposal that the person
will work out and reduce his or her negative marks by going through
a program to correct his or her behavior. There are many programs
available which offer rehabilitative services and excercises, so that,
after the person has finished the program, the person will not
re-offend. Furthermore, as a result of completing the program, the
person will become a better person when he or she is ready to reemerge
into this world and start living as a human being again. Once such a
deal is worked out, the individual follows the newly constructed
program and carries out the requirements of it. It may be several
hundred or even thousands of years, or longer, before we see that
person again.
If the person who slanders or makes threats or opposes me is not
going with us, after awhile, and after a considerable amount of
negative behavior, he or she will simply vanish as my children will
simply dissasemble most of that person. Almost all that was of that
person will disappear from my universe forever and it is then my
job to finish the dissasembly work.
In the case of some individuals who were to go with us, if their
marker sheet is too heavily tarnished, and they do not work out a
deal to work off the negative markers, they will not be going with
us regardless. When the time comes, and there is an appropriate time
for each of these individuals, they will simply vanish from my
universe, i.e., be dissasembled by my children, and I will then
finish the job. Of course, it is my children who receive my
instructions on what to dissasemble and what to do with the parts
after the dissasembly is completed, etc., but final processing as
such requires my authorization and I must do the signalling that
my children will recieve then process their jobs accordingly.
Others who commit an offense that is grave enough, though they were
to go with us, they will not even be given a chance to make a deal
in the Epcot Center or work it off in any way, as their offense was
too serious a crime and they will simply cease to exist as my
children dissasemble every component that held them together as a
human being. I and my children finish up the job after that. There
hopefully will not be too many of these, but there have been quite
a few already.
In any event, my justice system and how it works in detail, along
with the codes and regulations for it, will one day be available to
the public. For the rest of eternity my children are charged with
enforcing it, and once my religious organization grows sufficiently
large and active enough to give my children the energies that they
need to enforce these codes and regulations, my children will start
to enforce them on a daily, minute by minute, second by second basis
throughout the entire universe. These codes will govern my universe
for the rest of eternity from that time on. My children will
"molecularly" shuttle people to the penetentiary, even before a
person commits a crime, as my children know what every person is
thinking as they can each tune into the thoughts of anybody they want
to, and there are people who are constantly listening and recording
not only all thoughts, but also all statements, spoken or not, and
all actions are collected for viewing at any time with a unique live
reel video like replay system that allows all actions to be reviewed
at any time. My children are in charge of it. My children know even
before hand what every person is about to do, as some of them have a
link-up with the time line which allows them to know what is going to
happen in the near or distant future. My children will shuttle criminal
offenders to the penetentiary or molecularly dissassemble them, either
way, as the case may require.
When we reach the point where my religion is vibrant and strong enough
to power up my children so that they can do their jobs efficiently and
with a sufficient amount of energy, then we will no longer have
intolerable crimes committed on the streets perpetrated against the
citizenry. My children will wisk the offender off the street even
before
he lays a hand on his intended victim. There will be no trial and there
will be no jury.
My children will know what the laws are according the Gurkian Laws
Criminal Actions Database, and other databases that they will carry
around with them in special brain set back packs for knowing and
enforcing the laws. They will be the judges and determine exactly what
the penalty will be, in accordance with the law, without any other
human intervention.
Once a person is wisked away to a penetentiary, they will have ways
to work off the time they have been sentenced with, but it may take
more than a few centuries to work off the time for some criminal acts.
That's my justice system of codes and conduct, and crime and
punishment, in short, how it will operate, the records sheet in brief,
and the right to life permit or loss there of, processes.
