The trial of "J Young", pt.2 (OT) |
To the 'jury' and everyone who took the time to wade through part one, I
thank you. Now, we'll start getting into the meat of the evidence.
As we've seen in 'part 1', there exists a *substantial* overlap of
'coincidental' similarities between "J Young", "IBen Getiner", and the AOL
"loose cannon" forgeries. We have seen how all these assorted User ID's have
*repeatedly* followed the same NNTP's, often to the same newsgroups.
Both "J Young" and "IBen Getiner" have denied any connection with each
other. "IBen" has, however, confessed to being behind numerous sockpuppets,
dating back to the year 2001:

well as CLAIMING RESPONSIBILITY for an obvious LOOK-ALIKE FORGERY of my

*"J Young's" admitted forgery: "loose cannon" <looseaint@aol.com>
Very similar, indeed.
Of course, my ISP has been Earthlink during the period
in question, and all the forgeries trace back to "J" and "IBen's" ISP, AOL.
"J" also "pleads the fifth" as to his involvement in the User ID
<superasswipe@hotmail.com> (addy used with various ID's, most commonly
"loose cannon is a lying, stalking, forging scumbag" and "two can play this
game").
Perhaps the following timeline illustrates why "J" chooses to plead the
Fifth (same thread, but it changes names multiple times):
Please note how only *one day* after "J Young" coins the empty phrase "loose
cannon is a lying, forging scumbag", it shows up as one of the User ID's of
<superasswipe@hotmail.com>:

Over the course of this 'trial', I will show this statement to be an obvious
lie, which will further add to the overwhelming evidence that "J
Young/IBenGetiner" is definitely *not* a trustworthy individual, much less a
person of character.
There are a number of other "Loose Cannon" forgeries and, as we've seen, all
originate from AOL, frequently OVERLAP NNTP's, often end up IN THE SAME
THREADS with either "J", IBen" or multiples thereof. In addition, they ofter
'converse' and support one another.
