Using obscure words to hide the truth! Do unto Others . . . |
The word "fetus" is from the Latin fetus, meaning "offspring",
"bringing forth", or "hatching of young".
So fetus is just another word for "baby" according to the Latin
definition from where the word came from.
"Support the Late term (after birth) Abortion of all Abortionists and
all those who want to convience their lives through Abortions".
Suggest a Lottery with the same chances for life that the fetus had.

Or it's just another word for "pregnant".

Uh, no. The word "fetus" is an English word which first appeared in
the Oxford English Dictionary in 1398. It appeared during the same
time frame as the word "baby", believe it or not. My understanding is
that the English word "fetus" is derived from the Latin word
"fecundus", which according to Cassell's Latin Dictionary, refers to
the pregnant woman or the pregnancy, not to the PreciousPrebornPoppet.
So fetus is just another word for "baby" according
to the Latin definition from where the word came from.
Only for folks who can't seem to get it through their heads that a
woman is involved.

And people wonder why I say that there's no such thing as a "pro-
lifer".
