If what David Barnes has said is true, which it isn't, then David Barnes has
shown that my supervisors would have violated our state Merit Rules.
Supervisors are not allowed, or anyone in the state as far as that goes, to
discuss anything
about a State Employee to anyone with out that State Employee's permission
and knowledge.
I have also gone to my supervisors, and shown them as well. They are
waiting for David Barnes to say more because they too in return have taken
his comments and done the necessary things with them at this time and are
prepared to go straight to the A.G. in California.
And to the Bar Association since David Barnes has claimed to be a lawyer.
David Barnes can not back any of this up, and when I back him up on it, he
continues to come back and say, "I have your permission to release this
information?"
Well the other day I told him he has my permission. And wouldn't you know
it J. Young...he replied he is ready to leave me alone now...ROFL
He also claimed he knows my address and claimed I live in a trailer park. I
didn't know trailer parks are able give 2.8 acres and a beautiful home to a
tenant...ROFL
So I gave him permission to give out this so called address. He wants to
leave me alone now...ROFL
He claimed he talked to a fellow cohort and put out his name in this
newsgroup.
Where he got the name was from my website when this individual was our
President in the union.
He claims this guy has a "ear full" of information about me.
This individual too, has been notified and is waiting for David Barnes to
say more.
David then started trying to twist his way out of that too.
He has permission to give out these so called details he has.
Lets watch him run away...and then watch Elmo try to come to his rescue.
If you notice...even some of the others in here who like to make up *****
about people..like Patrick, Ray Fischer, Krisblake...they are not even
trying to mess with David Barnes lies in this one. I think even they know
that Barnes is full of *****.
