A bill was recently rejected in Delaware with Republicans and Democrats
voting it down, and Osprey didn¹t like that. When challenged, on
1/28/2007, Osprey stated, ³I just talked with Pam [Thornburg]...she is
in my district. She voted for it.³ That was a lie. Osprey never
spoke with Ms. Thornburg, and Pam Thornburg voted AGAINST the bill.
Osprey gets caught lying yet again. His explanation? <Chirp, chirp,
