You see Adam, there is a difference between you and I. You want everything
your way and ***** everyone else (that's todays liberal), and I would rather
seek compramise and working together (adult, mature, moderate, reasonable).

I would rather seek a compramise on the issue, and I see that "civil" union
is the solution. It gives the homosexual couple the same rights and
benefits, they just don't hold the title "married".

It's a compramise, a way to meet in the middle.

He makes sure he uses protection..but guess what, it fails. She gets
pregnant, and against his wishes she wants to have the child and for him to
pay support. Now remember, he said in the beginning he didn't want any
children. He is young, going to school, and having to support a child right
now will cause him to drop out of school.
She doesn't care, she goes to court and files the petition for child
support. He gets hammered. Now, he has to work two or three jobs just to
pay the support. But he falls behind. She goes back to court, the hammer
him again. Do you know Adam, there are men out there who owe HUNDREDS OF
THOUSANDS of dollars in arears? It's absolutely RIDICULOUS what they are
doing.
Anyway, he can't pay it...he goes to jail.

Now, let's reverse it. Lets say the man and woman meet, she gets pregnant
and he is absolutely thrilled at the thought of being a father. But wait,
she doesn't want the child...she doesn't care what he thinks. She doesn't
want to have to support a child now, she is in school too and supporting a
child causes her to have to drop out. He says he is willing to help, but
she still doesn't care.
