Wisconsin Man Who Killed Unborn Baby, Charged With 2nd Infant's Death |
The fact that the person responsible for this henious crime is 'pro-
choice' is of no suprise to me. Who else could commit such an atrocity
upon infants?

Madison, WI (LifeNews.com) -- A Wisconsin man who killed a former
girlfriend's baby before birth has been accused of murdering his
infant son and fracturing the skull of the baby's twin brother. Casey
J. Shelton, 31, was charged with reckless homicide and two counts of
physical abuse of a child in the death of Christopher and the injury
of his twin brother, Charles. Earlier, his former girlfriend, Amanda
Soddy, said he abused her physically and mentally during a
relationship that lasted two years and worsened when alcohol was
involved. Soddy said when she told him she was pregnant he ordered her
to have an abortion and when she refused, "he punched me hard in the
stomach." She miscarried at about six months, in February, 2003, she
said. In the latest incident, Shelton is accused of "forcibly shaking"
the 10-week-old baby Christopher on Feb. 28, "causing his head to
impact an unknown object," resulting in bleeding in his brain, among
other injuries. He is also accused of grabbing the baby Charles by his
sleeper and "carrying him, with his head flopping," and on Feb. 26,
throwing the baby to the floor "and refusing to allow his mother to
take him to the hospital."

By your interpretation someone who confines a pregnant woman (say, one who
got that way because of incest or rape) and kept her under close observation
24/7 until she gave birth would be "pro-life".
It probably didn't occur to you, but what this particular piece of work is a
woman-beater and a murderer. It has nothing to do with his thoughts on
abortion, because presumably he has none. It's entirely possible that under
different circumstances he'd actually like to have kids (not that he should
ever have any).
