Object: women as breeding stock
in my opinion ...
those who would deny women their right to terminate a pegnancy at any
time during the pregnancy and for any reason think of women as nothing
more than breeding stock.
and, of course, the same mindset which could deny women this right
could use the same misogynist reasoning to force women to abort
i believe it was during the late 80s or early 90s when i first
expressed this opinion on usenet. i have never heard anything to cause
me to change my views.

Offer something relevant and challenging?

First: it is considered extremely impolite to snip without showing it.
Second, it's obvious you don't know.
Third.....never mind, your mind doesn't work above sea level.

Yes... online/offline... either way distance learning (ie doing [most
of] the study privately at a location removed from the educational
establishment).
Much of my various higher/professional education has been done that way
- to fit in with full-time paid or unpaid work. Must admit I find
studying from books easier than studying from a screen, though it's
useful to be able to submit assignments online. And, of course, online
forums for students and tutors are a good, though not perfect,
substitute for face-to-face situations.
Practical subjects aren't as suitable as some other subjects though. For
instance there are certain courses where hands-on experiemental lab work
is necessary, and books or web-sites simply aren't an adequate
substitute.

I won't argue with your dedication, considering the seven-hour round trip
between where your IP places you and Bakersfield. (That'd be approximately
the same as me living here and attending UTSA...fortunately, UH and Rice are a
lot closer, and a local call to boot.)

(snort) I don't know where you think my IP places me, but I'm an hour and
a
half away from Bakersfield, and less than fifteen minutes away from the
satelite campus at which I actually attend classes.I'm not looking forward
to the commute when I start the master's program next fall.

So, it's more like me living here and attending Lamar, or A&M...in any
case,
it's not likely your curriculum will include communications, if your
performance here is any indication.

Wow, you couldn't let the cheap shot go, could you? Actually, you could look
at this the other way around; I may not have convinced you, but then you
haven't convinced me either...so who has done the poorest communicating?

Me, I'd be inclined to call it a tie in regulation...of course, AHL rules mean
we have to go to sudden-death OT and then, if no decision there, a
shootout. ;-)

Emerson College is an excellent place to start.

Nope.

Actually, I just completed one yesterday; Human Biology 370, in which I
recieved an 'A'.

What school finished it's course in Human Biology 370 on Tuesday,
March 15th, 2005?

Maybe one on the quarter system, but I have no idea of which college
systems in California use that...

Yeah, it's a quarter system. California State University Bakersfield.
True,
it ain't Harvard, but then at my age I take what I can get.

I won't argue with your dedication, considering the seven-hour round trip
between where your IP places you and Bakersfield. (That'd be
approximately
the same as me living here and attending UTSA...fortunately, UH and Rice
are a
lot closer, and a local call to boot.)

Don't give any information to this stalker. He's already entertaining

It takes my roughly fifteen to twenty minutes to get to my school -
and it's a noteworthy spot in town. ;-)

Depends upon the campus. SJ State is semester, Cal Poly is quarters,
UC Berkeley is semester, UC Santa Cruz is quarters.
