women as breeding stock |
in my opinion ...
those who would deny women their right to terminate a pegnancy at any
time during the pregnancy and for any reason think of women as nothing
more than breeding stock.
and, of course, the same mindset which could deny women this right
could use the same misogynist reasoning to force women to abort
i believe it was during the late 80s or early 90s when i first
expressed this opinion on usenet. i have never heard anything to cause
me to change my views.

Utterly untrue.
You are not in the USA.
No... and despite that you are still wrong. your claim doesn't apply in
the US any more than it does here in the UK.
You clearly don't have the faintest idea what pro-choice people think,
or why - you couldn't be more wrong in your assessment above.
I am glad I can't be more wrong. Thanks.
That hasn't stopped you from continuing to try to be more wrong, though.
Does that mean I can only be less wrong?
You won't be able to accomplish that until you die, from the looks of it --
not that I think that would happen any time soon, nor do I particularly wish
it.

It's improving, albeit slowly -- another three or four weeks, and I should be
able to get out and back to work. (While we're on that, could you set your
word wrap to 76? Close to half of your lines come through with just one word,
and that takes more than a little work to format them to make the article

He's simply rewording what Keegan originally said:
"those who would deny women their right to terminate a pegnancy at any

more than breeding stock."
That fact that anti-capitalist people like you ignore the huge profits
in the abortion industry demonstrates your double standard and
deliberate blindness to the nature of the abortion industry and its
incentives.
IOW, you're a blind apologist for people who care for nothing more than
money, and who are cloaking themselves in the kind of propaganda that
you duly repeat here on their behalf.

Childbirth costs 15 times as much as abortion and there are four times
as many birth as abortions. That means that childbirth take in 60
times as much money, and that doesn't count the vast amounts of money
spent on baby stufff.
You're still a dumbshit pro-liar.

in my opinion ...
those who would deny women their right to terminate a pegnancy
at any
time during the pregnancy and for any reason think of women as
nothing
more than breeding stock.
If you thnk of them that way, for what they are, you can love
them
better.
LOL!
Pro-Choicers think of women as incubators for the abortion
industry
profit
machine, and as women who do not deserve love if they become
pregnant,
and
"abortion industry profit machine" ? HAHAHHAHA! And how many
billions a
year
does that take in? HAHAHAHAH
The whole thing and all its associaterd businesses?
In excess of ten billion per year, easy. Well, not all of it is
easy.
Some of of seems kinda risky, actually.
Ten billion. And of course, you can back that up? Cite? Hello?
That noise you hear is Johnny running away from your request that he
backup his claim. It's all he ever does.

pardon me, but isn't asking poor johnny to back up a claim kind of like
asking george bush not to lie? johnny is a "special" case in usenet
newsgroups. apparently he can more or less care for himself. perhaps
there is someone who helps him shop and visit doctors. mayne newsgroups
are part of his therapy. it sems obvious that he's not all there, so to
speak and, while his comments might eb offensive, it's unlikely that he
understands them himself.

Look at the cost of abortion and the cost of carrying a pregnany to
term, in addition to the eighteen years of caring for the results.

This is irrelevant, but have you ever taught any college/university in
Boston? Your surname is one I have heard, before...

Abortion counsellors frequently coerce women into having abortions. They
also turn a blind eye when an underaged girl may have been the victim of
statutory rape. They prefer to abort the pregnancy than takes steps to
prevent further ones. We're dealing with scumbags: scumbags like you,
Pat.

I always get a good chuckle over this one. "Have the abortion, or
else..." Coersion generally involves a threat of some kind in order to
gain the compliance of the other. I would be interested in know how you
think any health care provider is coersing anyone to do anything.

By talking up the benefits of abortion and emphasizing the negatives (-
the "or else" that you're talking about). Assuming it's to be entirely
the woman's informed choice then they're supposed to be neutral.
A lot of these abortion clinic counsellors are steeped in feminist
ideology which debases motherhood, so that's obviously a dangerous
combination.

Since it is impossible for you to experience motherhood, Sarge, it
IS easy for you to romanticize it, and only gaze upon it through
rose-colored spectacles.
