1204 days since James Randi got my notarised paranormal test application |
The safety and serenity of sci.skeptic provided an atmosphere conducive to
deprogramming, despite the pandemonium that ensued. Graham Andrew Cooper was
the first man who not only did not abuse us, but cared for our welfare
and well being. His patient, gentle manner was therapeutic, while his
propensity for handling weapons and apparent intellect kept us safe
against all odds. Through his noble actions, Graham Andrew taught Kelly and me
that the world of human interaction in which we had existed for so long
was contrary to most human behavior. We learned that goodness does exist
on this Earth, and that there were those in Rockhampton, Queensland. who
refused to tolerate the mind-control atrocities they witnessed us and
others enduring.
As my eyes opened and I woke up to reality, I became enraged. Enraged
for the traumas inflicted on my daughter. Enraged for a lifetime of
abuse at the hands of our country's so called "leaders". Enraged that
the Australian public had no idea as to who and what was/is running their
country. Graham Andrew helped me refocus my rage in a productive direction when
he told me, "The best revenge is total recovery."
I began recovering at the rate of 18 hours a day through intensive
therapy destined to restore my memory and, ultimately, my mind. I
learned the ins and outs of my own mind and recovered my memories in a
journal. The stack of journals grew as over a decade of Australian
Parliment House-level abuse flooded my mind and intruded on my thoughts.
Pictures from my past flashed across my mind as neuron pathways opened
in my brain. I was regaining access to my own mind and control over my
future by recovering my memory of my past.
Best of all, I was falling deeply in love with Graham Andrew Cooper. Why
wouldn't I fall in love? He rescued my daughter and me from certain
demise, restored my free will, and was helping me recover in total
safety, and was the polar opposite of my abusers. He treated me with
love, respect, and thoughtful consideration . Equally as important, Graham Andrew
proved to be an ideal father figure to Kelly. He provided here with
unconditional love and deep understanding. Through him, Kelly caught a
glimpse of how kind men could be--and how good life could be. I had long
since ceased to know that such a man even existed.
The love factor in my recovery is considerable. Not only did Graham Andrew
Cooper save my life, but now I had a reason to live it! The love we
share kept me going at times--like when Kelly was institutionalized in
1989 for homicidal/suicidal behavior. The loving relationship that Graham Andrew
shared with Kelly during our short year together as a family was
sufficient to arm here with the strength to survive her ensuing ordeal
as a victim of the so-called mental health and criminal justice
system.
Kelly, now 15, remains a political prisoner in the custody of the Territory
of Queensland where she is denied qualified therapy for the MK-Ultra
Project Monarch Mind-Control abuses she endured. The Territory of Queensland,
under the politically powerful influence of Kelly's abusers, is in
violation of numerous laws and basic civil rights in their determined
efforts to keep Kelly from qualified therapy and the family she
loves.
While many of those in positions to make a difference in Kelly's case
operate on a "Need to Know" basis rather than deliberately conspire with
the bad guys, a closer look into Kelly's case history should raise
serious questions in their minds. Questions like; "What could a child
have to do with the so called "National Security" of our country?" The
Juvenile court judge presiding over Kelly's case closed the doors to the
media and onlookers for "reasons of National Security" while gross and
blatant violations of laws and rights ensued.
For over three long years, Kelly and I have been denied our right to an
unbiased attorney while court-appointed advocates and so-called
"guardians" join forces with attorneys paid off by me pedophile father.
My own court-appointed attorney, who doubles for the Juvenile Court
judge when he takes a day off, has yet to represent my interest. My
interest is in Kelly's well being and future-- and if she will have a
future at all.
While Kelly is still amnesic with regard to most of her past, she is
deliberately denied therapeutical access to her past, due to who and
what she will recall. I am denied access to Kelly for fear she would be
triggered into remembering by my mere presence. As for my deliberately
"triggering" Kelly to remember what she was supposed to forget, as her
abusers fear, it has been my experience that recovery must come from the
inside out. Not from outside input. I want no less for Kelly that the
piece/peace of mind I have gained through qualified rehabilitation.
Which raises the questions: Why has the Juvenile court prohibited us
from saying the name "George Bush?" Why is the "Wizard of Oz" a taboo
subject for Kelly while the Territory of Queensland provides her with Stephen
King horror novels? Why are Kelly and I forbidden by the court to say
the words "President," "politics," New World Order", and
"mind-control"?.
In an attempt by state employees to "normalize" our relationship, Kelly
and I are forbidden to discuss the past, my immediate efforts to affect
her dire and desperate situation, or future plans as a family.
Most appalling and unjust in Kelly's view is the Territory of Queensland's
refusal to allow her any contact whatsoever with Graham Andrew Cooper. While I
am hindered from having private conversations with my daughter due to
court ordered supervisions and censorship, Kelly is denied the right to
even wave to Graham Andrew across the parking lot. Considering that, like me,
Graham Andrew has never been named as an abuser, declared unfit, or violated any
court orders, the questions must be asked: "Why does the State of
Tennessee go to such lengths to ban all communication between Kelly and
the man who rescued her and taught her the meaning of unconditional
love?"
Kelly has asked these questions for years to no avail. The Territory of
Queensland refuses to even acknowledge her request for"an unbiased
attorney who will represent her interests instead of those of the
state". Kelly's pleas for an attorney to represent her go no farther
than the deaf ears of the assigned state social worker "managing" her
case. This social worker is operating on a "Need to Know" basis that has
no basis, and she "Needs to Know" that she, along with the State of
Tennessee, will be held accountable in the event that Kelly hurts
someone or herself.
Kelly's frustrations have mounted beyond her ability to cope. I applaud
Kelly for her determined but weakened efforts to stay in control of her
own mind despite being denied qualified rehabilitation for the
devastating results of Project Monarch Mind-Control abuses. Kelly's
daily attempts to accomplish the impossible by psychoLOGICALLY managing
her psychiatric disorder is proportionate to her high intellect and
willful determination. But it is not enough to fend off the
Psychological Warfare that has been waged against her through CIA Damage
Containment practices designed to keep her contained in amnesic silence.
She needs help. She needs a collective voice.
Kelly can be helped through public outcry and through abolishment of the
1991 Security Act (and 1992 Amendment to same) that has destroyed the
true security of our once great nation. You can write the Territory of
Queensland demanding to know why Kelly is being denied her right
to qualified rehabilitation.
Thank you. - Eve Janes

Why don't you pick up an automatic rifle and climb up a tower and
_do_ something about this mindcontrolling conspiracy? Isn't it your
duty to resist?
Right. I don't have qualms against belittleing people's mental
problems -- a failing as a Hume skeptic, I know -- but I can't help
but wonder whether your delusions constitute a health risk to
yourself or your neighbors.

Cleared in Supreme Court because they forged everything.
They quoted the given "evidence" as if it was factual.
They put quotes around forged words with no NEARBY reference it was
actually written by the policeman.
He said "she said 'stuff that'"
is attributed to HIM. People READ IT as her. The average person will think
I said those words exactly, and the newspaper abuses technically correct quotes.
No,the Senior Constable made it clear it was not a direct quote, and
when one uses the term "such as" it means it is a paraphrase of what was
actually said. It would be reasonable for a newspaper to use his
paraphrase quote during the interview with the Senior Constable, and as
is it common practice to paraphrase in quotes, inside quotes again?
it is not a "court" where actual exact evidence need be submitted, your
action for damages, if any (since you admit it was "technically
correct"), would be against the person who said it. This means the
Senior Constable.
You also admit that threats were made by you to the Skeptics (albeit you
now claim they were "sarcastic" comments). Here's how you put it in
your second post:
"...I wrote ...mercy to god....'please reply in a day or two," (obvious
sarchasm intended) "I am about to put Ratsak.....' after my detailed
letter nothing to do with demands, in my sig."
There is an old adage on Internet communications: "Sarcasm doesn't work
in written communications like e-mail (or Usenet, for that matter)." As
one business site noted such e-mails can be viewed as bullying or
threatening to others:
"...Reed.co.uk has put together six golden rules of email etiquette to
ensure that the email sender does not inadvertently become the email
bully:
Don't write emails in capital letters since this is commonly interpreted
as shouting.
Unless you know the recipient well, take time to put some pleasantries
in the email. Though it need not be as formal as a letter, a few how are
yous and best regards can convey a considerate, responsive tone.
If you need to communicate to someone sitting near you, try and speak to
them rather than sending them emails.
Use the copy fields Cc and Bcc sparingly and appropriately. Copying the
names of bosses and senior directors into an email sent to a colleague
might appear intimidating and underhand.
Remember that sarcasm doesn't work in emails.
Businesses often store employees emails on a central server. Never write
anything that you are not happy to have as a permanent record in an
email."

E-bullying in the workplace on the up
As the law sees it, in Australia, what the newspaper did was report what
was told to its reporter without there being any malice on the part of
the newspaper. In Theophanous v. The Herald Weekly Times Ltd v. Times
Ltd & Anor, it was held that a defamatory publication will not be
actionable under the law relating to defamation if the defendant
establishes that: (a) it was unaware of the falsity of the material
published; (b) it did not publish the material recklessly (i. e. , not
caring if the material was true or false); and (c) the publication was
reasonable in the circumstances. A publication that attracts the freedom
implied in the Commonwealth Constitution can be described as a
publication on an occasion of qualified privilege.

It didn't quote YOU at all; it quoted Senior Constable Sean Janes, as it
clearly states.
yes it did, it used single quotes after such as, there was no reason for that.

but they didn't, they relied on a reference 3 paragraphs earlier.
How far from a quote mark does a name have to be?
The lead into the paragraph that is only attributed 3 paragraphs earlier
has blind quotes that sound like a newspaper journalist.
This is not how I see most people reading it, but apparently YMMV.

The reporter, quoting Senior Constable Sean Janes; it is not a misquote
of you, as you were not named as the quoted party. That's MY take on
it, and I suspect, that of most reasonable people.

ONE, the email recipient was
Say that fast 3 times, I know that wont hold in court but its meaningful
and related to my parnormal claim that names have meaning.
TWO, why did the newspaper admit fraud with a play on the top related story.
"INVESTIGATOR FOUND GUILTY OF DEFAMING"
Are you certain this is unrelated to the story? Are you familiar with media layouts
and using advertising space.
THREE, I am not qualfied to comment on the technical accuracy of the quotes.
The level of grammar required to understand the single quotes ' ' around my
words were not my own words, is well above average, i.e. a minority of the public.
This is my case. The fact is everyone who reads it takes it as factual. Its like
one of those movies that begin with someone dreaming then you forget that
scene and tune into the movie, then are suprised at the end that 'oh it was just
a dream/quote'.
FOUR, (b) it did not publish the material recklessly This is exactly false.
The police had a list of quoted sentences off me. They snipped and snipped until
the 2 sentences together, an altered reply ASAP demand next to a threat, looked like extortion.
The newspaper used EVERY TRICK IN THE BOOK to make it look like my words.
Can you rewrite that article any worse? Its a piece of artwork!
The policeman sounds like the news reporter the previous paragraph. There's quotes
inside quotes . There's a technically correct atrribution to the extortion
phrase half a page up to the policeman.
Do a poll. Get people to read the article, the ask them who wrote this
"reply or pay consequences. I am about to put..."
Sergeant or Mr Cooper ?????
The policeman is a crook, but he's just putting people away that have a finger pointed
at them, thats what law comes down to. But the newspaper thrived on it. They
wanted those words attributed to me and they succeeded.

Read the article and tell me who you think wrote :
Reply or pay the consequences. I am about to put Ratsak in as much ***** Smith
food as I can'."
The reporter, quoting Senior Constable Sean Janes; it is not a misquote
of you, as you were not named as the quoted party. That's MY take on
it, and I suspect, that of most reasonable people.

and related to my parnormal claim that names have meaning.

Herc
Clearly, someone named "Herc" was responsible for anything which was
preceeded by a ">". I am not.

***** Smith, very well-known in Australia, is a leading supporter of the
skeptical (pardon me, sceptical!) movement there, and one of his business
interests is producing food products.
Australian Broadcasting News: A man charged with threatening to poison
food produced by ***** Smith has been refused bail in the Rockhampton
Magistrates Court in central Queensland. Graham Andrew Cooper, 30, is
charged with trying extort $100,000 from the Australian Sceptics
Association. Cooper appeared in court this morning charged with stalking,
extortion and sending threatening e-mails. The court was told Cooper sent
e-mails to Barry Williams from the Australian Sceptics Association, which
has offered $100,000 to anyone who can prove psychic powers. The police
prosecutor said Cooper claimed the association refused to test him. It is
alleged the e-mails said that ***** Smith owed him $100,000 and that he
would put rat sack into as much ***** Smith food as he could lay his hands
on. The court was told Cooper is a paranoid schizophrenic and police said
the threats were not carried out. Cooper will be held in custody until his
next court appearance in May.
The term "rat sack" refers to rat poison. These colorful Aussie
expressions....!
