Object: A building was found on Mars
The following NASA picture shows a building-like construction at
the top of the picture. It could be constructed by humans 3
billion years ago.

yeah, but it could also be part of the robot that took the picture....

And it is.
Here's the gallery with all the raw images:
http://marsrovers.jpl.nasa.gov/gallery/all/spirit.html
The one Loony Lin is on about is from the "rear hazcam" (not sure what
that is). They're broken up into numbered groups of "Sol xxxx" which I'm
not sure what period of time we're talking about but the lower the
number, the earlier the pictures.
Go back into the 1300s and you start seeing the underside of the rover
more clearly. Such as here:
http://marsrovers.jpl.nasa.gov/gallery/all/2/
r/1390/2R249762127EFFAWSMP1314L0M1.HTML
(http://tinyurl.com/yqqe4c)
The pictures come from a "Hazcam" of which there are two, one front, one
rear. A millisecond of thought (even this early in the morning) and I
realized we're talking the cameras that watch the ground for, heh,
HAZards. So, yeah, they're down under the main body of the thing, looking
at the ground.
No wonder the loon is posting direct links to isolated pictures. If you
look at the rest, you figure it out pretty fast. Like here:
http://marsrovers.jpl.nasa.gov/gallery/all/2/
r/1109/2R224820675EFFASMTP1301R0M1.JPG
(http://tinyurl.com/2n8e22)
You can clearly see the camera is underneath some part of the device
itself, looking down, and--in this pic--right at the tracks the rover
made. The whole "curve" thing that's making the loony's favorite pic look
like some "structure" is on the surface is it's a plain old "fisheye"
kinda camera to get a wide field to look for, you know, HAZards. <g>
So this one was even dumber than I thought...

Just as probable :-)

I would be fascinated to know the logical path by which the scant
information in that photograph led you to such a specific conclusion.
Really, I would. Please post your reasoning.

I said in another thread that NASA found remains (actually frozen
mummies) of big mammalian bones. Here is the reason (I will reason or
talk about your question later or in the future): The remains of red
blood cells are CONCAVE. Only mammals have concave cells, which are
called erythrocytes or red blood cells. The diameter of the cells are
much larger than that of modern human's red blood cells, almost like
that of a dinosaur's red blood cells. I wrote an article about
dinosaur's red blood cells and found that dinosaur's red blood cells
had a diameter of 20 to 40 microns. Human's red blood cells are 6 to 8
microns in diameter.

Your original post specifically concluded humans and also came up with
an date - 3 billion years. I don't see anything here to support either
of these. This seems to be a case of outrageous extrapolation based on
zero or negligible evidence.
I remember someone - I think it was Carl Sagan - on television,
speculating about the possibilities of life on Venus. He followed a
detailed line of reasoning, essentially that the dense misty
atmosphere could indicate humid swampy conditions that might favour
large reptilian species. Having made this plausible case he then
summarised it all as "Evidence - we can't see anything: Conclusion -
dinosaurs". Your methodology seems to go way beyond that - know
nothing, assume everything.
