A challenge to McClueless - Step one. |
A challenge to McClueless - Step one.
[a copy of this has been posted to talk.origins]
McClueless has often referred to the "1985-6 Noah's Ark Field Studies
Video" and to using HiDef video to film activities when he visited the
site.
Ok, I'll be honest I'm totally fed up with the lies and prevarications
from McClueless over his alleged videos. So, I'm going to issue a
clear challenge to him that takes a number of stages. In effect, this
is stage 1.
Stage 1 - I make this challenge, and he in turn agrees to take up the
challenge, for him to make both the videos he claims to have available
to a wider audience.
Stage 2 - He obtains, from local commercial services, estimates as to
the cost of transferring both videos to standard AVI format on DVD. We
will have established in advance the length of each video, its source
type (we only know that one is a VHS tape) and what output we are
seeking - do we want it time coded for instance.
Stage 3 - If those costs are reasonable (I know how much it would cost
in the UK and I will take guidance from people here as well as to how
fair the US prices he gets are) then I will agree to pay for the
conversion. The original tapes will always remain his property. I will
ask for two copies of each DVD to be made, one for him and one to be
sent to me in the UK.
Stage 4 - On receipt of the DVD(s) I will publish details of the files
and check sums so that no alteration can be made. McClueless can the
agree those details through this group.
Stage 5 - I will upload files to a server where they can be downloaded
and viewed. This may be done either through a binary newsgroup, a
website, a commercial video server or any other agreed method.
Stage 6 - He is then free to make any claims he wants about the
content of the videos and we will be in a position to judge them - as
will anyone else interested enough to download and review them.
So, it is up to McClueless now.

24 hours gone, and McClueless has posted to both alt.atheism and
talk.origins but he has not passed a single comment on this challenge.
Now I wonder why that is?
How long do people think I should let it go before I accept his
avoidance of this challenge as final proof that he has been lying all
along about these videos?
I'm thinking seven (7) posting days. Any day he posts to either group
counts as a day. Does anyone think that is unfair?

He's a cowardly fundy and always has been.
I doubt he'll ever reply. If he does, he 'll
make all kinds of stupid accusations. He won't
take up your challege. He has the tape - at
least on VHS. I wonder if he ever got or made
a DVD copy. The tape he sent me had material
from more than one source. Unless he's lost it
himself over the years, there is no reason why
he can't make another copy. Even if he can
only do a VHS copy, someone else could copy
it to DVD. The McBuckBuckBacaw is too
chicken to do this. He go creamed before. He
knows he'll get creamed again.

about putting it on You Tube so we can all see it?!

So, it is up to McClueless now.
It is now 18 days since I made the above post to start the McClueless
Video Challenge in the two groups most frequented by him. In that time
there has been no direct reply from him and certainly no attempt to
take up the challenge.
I have now decided to keep my offer open in the vain hope that
McClueless will see sense - but I'm not going to wait forever.

48 hours gone, and McClueless has posted again, at least to
alt.atheism, but he has still to pass a single comment on this
challenge.
Now I wonder why that is?
Thanks to those who are taking the time to remind him of the

Why are you feeding the troll boy, which has no name?
(Notice I said which, not who. It is an it, with no name.) We went
through this years ago, and finally realized it was absurd to expect
anything intelligent, or even a semi-conscious response, when dealing
with a certain cretin who doesn't really exist, hence has no name.

Well, as I write this day 5 of the McClueless Video Challenge is
drawing to its close.
It has been another day where McClueless has done what he said he
could not do - post to Talk.Origins without being censored.
It has been another day where McClueless has posted total rubbish
based on his unscientific view on life, the universe and everything.
It has been another day where McClueless has been reminded of the
McClueless Video Challenge, both by myself and others (thanks folks).
And it has been another day where McClueless has failed to take the
opportunity to clear his name by allowing his videos to be entered as
evidence.
Fine by me, these threads will stand as evidence that his wild claims
about the contents of the video must have been lies - after all he
wasn't even interested in defending himself.
Oh well, will just have to wait and see if he develops and common
sense in the next couple of days. (Don't worry, I'm not holding my
breath.)

I hope you're not holding your breath waiting for his positive
response.

Actually, for about $50 American, McDingbat can purchase and analog to
digital converter for either a desk top or notebook computer. Then he
simply plugs his VHS into that and makes the digital copies.
Of course, the fact that McMoron will spend $600 on a metal detector,
but can't figure out how to post a digital copy of his "video" speaks
volumes as to the existence of said "video".
Hi Def or not, the term Vaporware comes to mind rather quickly.

Well, good ole McMoron scurried off to what he thinks is the relative

Apparently, they are not. Further, McLiarForJebbus never did supply

evolution, as he claimed.
And then there is the video of him playing around on a big pile of rocks
with a metal detector, somewhere in "Turkey". He tried a whole lot of

to be the Wyatt tape, not his.

I will not mention the one of him and Ron 'The Con' Wyatt with that

His latest post on TO read:-
You know Ye Olde One (Bobbie), I don't what to say about the Piltdown
March. I've already explained myself. I told you that I would
eventually post the information. I have more research to do and also,
when I am able to get a website up I will do it. It's that simple.
Everything I said was true. But I've already posted several textbooks,
and one was published a couple of years after Piltdown Man was exposed
as a hoax. So I don't what your problem is.
As to the Noah's Ark video, same thing, only it's much more
complicated and expensive.

Good.
Now he's back over here, posting under yet another name claiming again
that TO is having "problems" again.
What a tool. How hard is it to post the ISBN's of the textbooks that he
"claims" support is silly statements. No need for a web site, just post
the ISBN and be done with it.
But not our nameless, oh no. One excuse on top of another, on top of
another, so on and so on, ad infinitum.
And he then wonders why we have the gall to laugh at him.
