A HUGE Apology. |
As many of you know, I complained *bitterly* about being 'blocked'
from
alt.atheism shortly after I posted some 'embarrassing information in
regards
to Wisconsin Representative Jeffrey Mursau's office, Senator Roger
Breske's
staffer, 'Adam', evil dirt-bag, Daniel J. Miron and my lack of running
water
out here by my ISP, Cyberzone, Inc.
Well I have since learned that Michael Gray was correct. The decision
to
shut down not only alt.atheism, but *all* of Cyberzone's newsgroups
was
purely a business one. There was no huge hue and cry to keep them
operational and so that is how things will remain.
I jumped to the (natural) conclusion that every major business
enterprise in
Marinette County (WI) must kowtow to Emperor Dan Miron, his evil
cronies,
and their legions of kiss-butts; that every major business owner must
compete to see who can stick their well-placed noses the farthest up
Miron's
butt -- and lick it at the same time -- while groveling! (They must
love the
man.) [Forgive the fifth-grade interplay. I'm 'cooking' out here
still. And
still no running water, transportation, or proper grocery delivery.
The
bastards!!]
Not so. There *are* major business owners in Marinette who prostrate
themselves and grovel to *no one* in Marinette County. The owner of
Cyberzone, Inc. apparently is one of those few 'free-spirits'.
It, therefore, behooves me to offer the deepest apologies to the
management
of Cyberzone. The owner is his own man -- not a lap-dog lackey! My
posting
of 'An Update' and Cyberzone's shutting down of its news servers just
was
one of those coincidences that truly are 'coincidences'.
Cyberzone is an absolutely terrific ISP . The owner had the wisdom to
find a
staff that is not only extremely knowledgeable, but terrific to deal
with on
a personal level. Top notch. He also has a business that can be hurt
by
misguided, ill-informed charges. It's a business that is vital to
Marinette
County and surrounding areas. It is a first-rate business. And I truly
mean
that.
Am I kissing butt here? To a small degree. I maligned a solid,
reputable
business and implied something that was untrue. Not good. I felt that
I was
right. It turns out that I was wrong. The mark of a good atheist is to
admit
he or she is wrong when he or she is. I was wrong. I should learn to
realize
that Dan Miron and his Lieutenants aren't to be found lurking behind
every
tree in Marinette County. There *are* people of good heart and
conscience in
this county *too*, I must remember.
I will just add that I was approached to switch my ISP any number of
times
but refused to do so based on the tremendous people working for
Cyberzone.
This little 'road bump' has not changed my opinion of the company in
the
least now that I have been provided with the information now in my
possession. I, of course, have a new news server provider. But I have
no
intention of changing my ISP. Not at all.
I just wish *more* Marinette business owners and community leaders
were free
of Miron's evil influence and control. But who knows, *that* may occur
sooner
than anyone expects. And how might *that* occur? By community leaders
of
even *more* power and control than Miron, but who are of noble
conscience
and who utterly *detest* the 'cancer' Daniel J. Miron has infected
the
community with. Time will tell, eh'? In the meantime, I have yet to
hear back
from Representative Mursau or any staffer. (If only he'd pick up the
phone and
call Emperor Miron. This could all could come to a halt as early as
*tomorrow* if either he or Senator Breske had the slightest
inclination to make
the call. It's a simple *phone* call, dagnabit!!)
What the hell is wrong with our elected officials??!!

Yo! Welcome back!!
I rather suspected that something like what you describe was the case;
I'm told that a lot of providers aren't too interested in carrying
newsgroups any more.
Incidentally, I got two (count `em, two) calls at home yesterday
from the folks at the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ).
I'm not sure how I got on THEIR lists, but in both cases they
warned me that "atheist Michael Newdow is at it again", and asked
if I'd like to hear a recorded message from the head of the ACLJ,
followed by a chance to add my name to their petition.
The first time, after being told that He was "up to it again",
I said, "Well, I quite approve of what Michael Newdow is doing".
"What?" "I'm in favor of what Michael Newdow is doing". "Oh...well,
would you like to listen to a recorded message anyhow"? I demurred.
The second time they called me (different caller), I said "Sure, I'll
listen", and then sat through a recorded rant on how Newdow was trying to
destroy our national motto, "In God We Trust" on coins, and has
already had "Under God" removed from the Pledge. When a live droid
then came back and asked me if I'd like to sign the anti-Newdow
petition to be sent to our belegeaured congressvolk, I replied
"Given Jesus' attitude towards money, I really don't think that
God's name should be on our money in the first place" "Um, what?"
"Well, I think it's very ironic that we have God's name on our money,
given how often Jesus spoke out against it". "...Oh...well, thank
you for our time".
I tell you all this because I thought to myself "Hey, third time?
I'm giving them Greywolf's number..."
I wouldn't of course. But still, it was a comforting thought.
Again, welcome back.

Thank you.
While I was 'away', I made it a point to point out that I'm not the 'beast'
some people in the community have tried to make me out to be; that we do
have to 'give and take' a little if we're going to get along. Personally,
the 'In God We Trust' on our currency doesn't bother me as much as 'under
God' in the 'Pledge' -- if only because it is a rather recent addition and
9/11 'proves' that his imaginary self could have cared less about those that
perished. So 'Phooey' right back at ... that non-existent no one!
What needs to be done is that 'mainstream' Christians take back their faith
from the extremists who stole it and who pretend that it's theirs. It's not.
The Presbyterian minister who heads up the area food pantry out here has
demonstrated we atheists and believers can get along just fine when one sees
the other in a desperate way. Hell, in even every day life, really. What is
more important than 'conversion' is seeing to it that a decent human being
isn't being mistreated. It's a predicament like mine that reveals the 'true'
Christian. And *that* person will recognize that what is being done is not
how *real* Christians conduct themselves. Only phony-baloney Christians can
turn a blind-eye to such depraved treatment; or worse, take an active part
in it. The more 'righteous' and zealous the Christian, the more malevolent
he or she turns out to be, it seems. That Presbyterian minister has turned
out to be as 'cool' a Christian as you will find. He's alright.
As for the ACLJ, thanks for the reference. But in my particular case, they'd
have to come into a Marinette County court-building just *loaded* with Miron
'acquaintances'. In fact, as you may well know, his *son* is a Marinette
County Circuit Court judge. How convenient.
No. What has to be done is for the Democrats to start trearing down his
well-constructed apparatus of control, corruption and manipulation. He needs
to be hauled before some kind of grand-jury or something and put behind
bars -- or at least be *disbarred*. And the documents I've provided Governor
Doyle's office -- as well as Representative Mursau's and Senator Breske's
offices -- should be sufficient to at least bring up charges against him for
helping to defraud me of insurance monies legally due me. That's *if* the
Democrats are willing to go after him. If not ... what does it say about the
state of Wisconsin politics? (The documents provided remain uncontested.
There is no dispute about Miron's selling me down river.) It all comes down
to this: Are they going to let him 'walk' and me continue to suffer? Or are
they going to say, 'Enough!' and rein the dude (and his evil cronies) in and
make him pay for what's been done to me out here? And may I say, by doing
nothing, they are, in effect, letting him get away with what he's done. If
so, we all need to ask ourselves, 'Why?'. Are they going to just let me die
out here?
In the meantime, it is going to cool off a bit -- and rain. I just reek. My
eyes are also red from 'burning' sweat. I need a really healthy 'downpour'.
And from what I hear, I'm going to get it tomorrow afternoon. Yay!!
Tomorrow I may also find out if I'm going to have running water anytime
soon. There *are* some people looking into this. I *should* know *something*
no later than Wednesday. My own opinion? Nope. Not until Miron is forced to
pay to have it done. We'll just have to wait and see what the powers that be
have to say about *that*.
For now, it's just a matter of seeing who does what.
