be gardeners of roses or any other kind of plant. I don't require that
other people understand my passion for roses (and weeding, mulching,
feeding, watering, deadheading, yadda). I don't require that other
people even acknowledge my gardening activities. Gardening isn't all of
whom I am. If they're not interested, I don't bore them talking about
roses.

Now - your case seems to be you're a "religious gardener" and you
require that everyone else in the world not only be a religious gardener
but also grow the same kind of plants you grow under exactly the same
conditions, using the same food, mulch, sprays, etc.

If you run across someone who is NOT a religious gardener, and a
religious gardener of your particular stripe (or plant), you require
that they explain their deficiency, as you see it; why they are NOT a
gardener, why they are NOT your kind of gardener. If their explanation
does not satisfy you, you keep ... ah ... bugging them. :)

Hence, the tendency of some atheists here in aa to spray you firmly with
a strong pesticide. It's a natural response and one I fully understand
even though I prefer to avoid any kind of sprays in my garden.
