Object: aa - They f-ing did it AGAIN!!
As some of you may know, my mother died back in January. About a month
after that, my Dad received a letter from a damn busybody Jehovah's
Witness, offering "condolences" and talking about living in Paradise
with Jesus, if you got on Gawd's good side.
Guess what? Here we are nearly 6 months down the road, and ANOTHER of
these damn, brain-dead vultures has sent my Dad a note -- mimeographed,
this time! -- along with a handful of JW pamphlets.
I wonder if I can sue some of these assholes for inflicting mental
anguish?

I often fault you for being thin-skinned inre religious prosteletizers or
theists in general. In this case, I can completely understand your outrage.
This is ghoulish behavior on the part of the JW's

Oh, man, that's terrible. I'm really sorry about your mom, and that
your Dad had deal with those knuckleheads at such a horrible time.
Would it help to print up a bunch of these for him to give to them?

Fucking slimebags, that's all they are. I don't know if there is
anything that you can legally do about it, but next time one of the
creeps comes to your door, you could show him the crap that they sent
your Dad and tell him what he can do with it.

The first rule of lawsuits is to go where the money is. Name the local
"Kingdumb Hall" in the suit. If you got the cartoon propaganda flyer
from the national organization then name them in the suit as well. If
this kook got your address from a mailing list then it might have been
bought with church funds. In that case they have an obligation to be
diligent and to not harass or invade the privacy of people who have said
they do not want to be proselytized.

I dream of a day when you can just plain sue 'em for fraud.
It's not like they can back up any of their spurious claims. I
say they should either provide some evidence or do some time for
being con artists, preying on the griefstricken.

That is totally bereft of human decency. Even mainstream Christians
