Object: Abortion lawsuit for failed implant
Suing for malpractice I can understand, but suing for the pain SHE felt
during an abortion? Perhaps she should be wondering about the pain the
poor baby felt.

Anybody can sue for anything.
Winning is a lot harder.

No, idiot, you can not.

Actually you can. Now in almost all cases it would get thrown out. But
its even possible to conjure up a situation where it would not.
There are many scenarios in law where inanimate objects are sued.

No, idiot, you can not.

Though it wouldn't surprise me if you could sue on _behalf_ of a ham
sandwich. Kind of like a "ham sandwich advocate" - speaking up for
deli meats that can't speak up for themselves. "Your honor, my client
- Mister Hamm SanWich - was traumatized by the defendant's use of
Helmann's instead of Miracle Whip. Hang the *****!"

Actually, winning is the easy part. The hard part is collecting your
money.
