Roberts on Church - State Issues is ''Faulty'' and Will Fail
WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 29, 2005--The American Center for Law and
Justice (ACLJ), specializing in constitutional law, said today's report
issued by Americans United for the Separation of Church and State critical
of Supreme Court nominee John Roberts represents another faulty attempt to
discredit the record and judicial philosophy of John Roberts.

the record of one of the most qualified nominees ever to be named to the
