Something doesn't smell right in all of this. Politics is
vulnerable,
religion and theism are 'outstandingly' vulnerable, but you can

count on atheism to remain lily white, unless victimized by politics?
Is that a realistic assessment? I don't think so.
in the future that President of the US is a hardcore atheist, that
the
Senate/congressional majority leaders are hardcore atheists, that a
majority of the politicians in Washington DC got there by playing up
their atheist credentials.
Furthermore let's say in order to play up their atheist
"credentials",
they pass laws promoting "atheist" morals- that marriages between
Christians are not recognized by the Federal Government, that
Christians cannot adopt children, that it is okay to discriminate
against Christians in the workplace becasue they happen to be
Christians

Now, if you try, you will find that it is impossible to imagine satan
expressing sentiments about God different than what atheists express.
Satan certainly is not going to speak positively about God, and
neither are atheists. So, what both think and verbalize is in complete
harmony with one another.
Atheism is therefore a doctrine of demons, and in many, if not all
cases, atheists are demon-possessed.
So it is quite possible that when you read the writings of atheists,
or heard them speaking, all you heard was demons ranting against God.

Actually any believe is a meme that either flourishes in people's
brains or dies out because it is not fit to survive. Some memes can
indeed be harmful, like the meme that you go to heaven if die
voluntarily. However as atheism is principally a lack of believe it
can by itself do little harm.
Of course you are right in assuming that an atheist may still be open
to other more harmful memes (like some well known types communism)
For the time being an atheist majority among politicians is rather
unlikely, bus just as Christians are not so daft as to say that
marriages between atheists are not legal, atheist would hardly be so
stupid as not to recognize those between Christians.
The constitution of the United States (more warm-heartedly supported
by Atheists then by some Christians) prevents such mingling with
religion by the state. So You shouldn't worry about that.

One common area we all seem to suffer from is that of egoist
judgementalism. Whenever we meet others we can tend to pigeon hole
these individuals into the following 3 groups. The person is either
judged better than us or an equal to us or below us. This is an area I
work to be mindful of and reduce it and not promote it, for it stems
from the ego. What helps me is to practice humility, practice
compassion by looking for insight into the other person suffering and
to see these types of judgments as ego based and not useful and to nip
them I the bud when they pop up.
The dictionary defines judgmental as: determination, verdict, decree,
discrimination, sagacity, wisdom, prudence, taste. To be able to form
a judgment is defined as: to have the ability to judge, make a
decision, or form an opinion objectively, authoritatively and wisely.
The only negative term I try to avoid in the definition of judgmental
is "discrimination." Prejudicial discrimination is defined as: an
unfavorable opinion or feeling formed beforehand or without knowledge,
thought or reason. I try not to discriminate against others and
subscribe to "live and let live."
Lets look at Panama Floyd's claim that the only thing he needs to
"support moral, ethical and right living" is simple human empathy and
compassion. Yes, he has it right as far as 'needs,' but if we look at
his life expressed through his words - it shows a bankrupt Floyd in
the areas of moral, ethical and right living via simple human empathy
and compassion. It is as the 12 step saying goes...if you talk the
talk you have to walk the walk...for the talk to be any good.

Well, Floyd does comes through with a little humanity with his last 2
quotes. He shows his emotional makeup in his writings and gets at the
root cause of some of his hostility. Maybe people question your lack
of humanity Floyd and you are confusing this with the question of
being human? When you were a Baptist Floyd, were you as hateful? You
can most certainly be human Floyd, but not be humane. Floyd summarizes
his efforts at atheism with the truth when he writes...
'dehumanization is the most common tool of the bigot.' You can correct
your lack of humanity Floyd by increasing your empathy and compassion
as you wrote about, but fall short of actually doing what you say
Floyd.
Without spiritual values, the atheist is sunk. The conundrum of the
mind manacled, defiance based, spiritually sick atheist is this. They
need spiritual values to be at peace - yet their own defiance blocks
them from seeking and finding these values.
The atheist that only has a foundation of ego and hate will never find
peace. If any theist questioning their faith should wonder onto
alt.atheism, for instance, they could see this for themselves with
many spiritually sick example members and their projection of this
spiritual sickness and self hate onto others.
What is missing in these atheists lives?
Do they need to get religion?
Not necessarily.
As we see, many people claiming to be religious are just as bad off as
atheists or sometimes worse.

breast' as Blake wrote. There is a world of difference between the two
types of atheists...a night and day difference. The spiritual based
atheists 'deifies humanity and peace' the defiance based atheist
'deifies their ego' and loses any connection with humanity and becomes
a haggard, shell of a human.
A lot of atheists I run into make their intellect their God. They do
not know that academic smarts are not the same as peace smarts. Until
they can transcend their ego they will never find the answer (peace)
they seek. It is the same for those that think money is all that is
standing between them and happiness. So it goes for the ego and
intellect based person that is devoid of spiritual values. Always
remember...one thing only goes so far with giving a person a good
life. Seek balance. Spiritual growth as well as humans are not
perfect, but we can all do better at being humane if we try.

There are many flavors of atheists...natural atheists, personal
atheists, explicit atheists, implicit atheists weak atheists, strong
atheists, discovery atheists, reactionary atheists, indoctrinated

varieties. But the defining characteristic that leads an atheist to
peace is whether they are a 'spiritual based atheist' or 'defiance

be open to others ideas and embrace them as nourishment for your
growth and sustenance for life - as no one person is god. As a
freethinking agnostic I AM FREE to look for truth wherever the road
takes me. I discriminate against no one. As such, I study with the
Christians, the Buddhists, the Jews, the Muslims, the Taoists and even
find truth as I study with the atheists.
When you practice peace promotion with others you will reap inner
peace promotion. When you practice destroying others peace, you will
reap self destruction of inner peace. I suggest any atheists wishing
to find inner peace within their life adopt the creed of the atheists

ACLU CLASS ACTION
The ACLU today announced a proposed class action under Sec. 349. [8
U.S.C. 1481] of the Immigration and Nationality Act that is aimed at
revoking the US citizenship of any and all practicing Christians in
the United States, deporting them from the country and seizing their
property.
Section 349 of the INA states:
A person who is a national of the United States whether by birth or
naturalization, shall lose his nationality by voluntarily performing
any of the following acts with the intention of relinquishing United
States nationality- . (2) taking an oath or making an affirmation or
other formal declaration of allegiance to a foreign state or a
political subdivision thereof, after having attained the age of
eighteen years;
NATIONALITY AND LOOSING IT
ACLU spokesman Edward A. Chesterfield said: "The fundamentalist
religious right has held sway in our secular nation for too long.
Under the provisions of section 349 of the INA the ACLU hopes to
remove their pernicious political and moral influence from America
once and for all by removing them from the United States. The ACLU
will be arguing that formal Christian worship amounts to 'taking an
oath or making an affirmation or other formal declaration of
allegiance to a foreign state or a political subdivision thereof' and
automatically deprives the Christian of their US citizenship.
Moreover, because the statute specifically excludes those under 18
years of age, upon deportation of their parents as illegal aliens, the
children will be housed by Federal facilities where they can be
educated in sound secular terms. This re-education will be paid for by
the sale of the illegal aliens' property which will be held to be
de-facto illegally acquired, the proceeds of crime and therefore
liable to seizure by the federal government".
When Christian Newswire contacted Ian D. Oliver-Terrance, PhD of the
Christian Law Institute he commented: "In the context of the end-times
there have been rumors in Christian circles of this and similar
class-actions for several years, and unfortunately the ACLU appears to
be on solid legal ground because of the badly framed nature of the
section 349 of the INA and the fact that while American Christians
hope and work for the United States to follow Biblical principles a
Christian's first allegiance is only and always to God in the person
of Jesus Christ. If asked, 'is your first allegiance to Jesus Christ

formally not recognize the existence of Jesus Christ and on those
grounds to rule that the first allegiance of Christians is to a
non-existent entity and therefore beyond the provisions of section
349(2). It may very well be that this literally devilish plan is
designed to fail and thus establish America as an officially atheist
state by the back door."
UNCONVINCING DENIAL
When asked for clarification the ACLU declined. "This was not an
official press release and we do not comment on leaks or inadvertent
releases of information. We have no spokesman of the name Edward A.
Chesterfield". Subsequent calls from this reporter were declined and
the contact number for Edward A. Chesterfield had been disconnected.
ACTION
Following this denial the Rev. Dr. Peter Shayne and Dr.
Oliver-Terrance independently contacted this reporter upon their
independent verification of this report to appeal for all American
Christians to do everything they can to prevent the launch of this
class action which they fear may be the beginning of the end-times.
"If we win this action we will lose, and if we lose we will lose" said
Dr. Shayne, adding "the only way to win is to ensure that this case
never comes to court and the only way to do that is by direct personal
action". They urge readers to write to their republican congressman,
and to contact the President directly. Christian Newswire is happy to

Senate/congressional majority leaders are hardcore atheists, that a
majority of the politicians in Washington DC got there by playing up
their atheist credentials.
Furthermore let's say in order to play up their atheist
"credentials",
they pass laws promoting "atheist" morals- that marriages between
Christians are not recognized by the Federal Government, that
Christians cannot adopt children, that it is okay to discriminate
against Christians in the workplace becasue they happen to be
Christians
Go back to plagerizing other people. Thniking and writing are not among
your talents.
