sounds like baskin-robbins for atheists...I'll take a double
scoop, please! :^D
seriously though, an explanation of the difference between the
various flavors would make a nice addition to your atheist FAQ

The people who join the list already know what kind of
atheist they are. No explanation is needed. Besides, the
explanation would be way longer than the other
information already given and is available on many websites.

really? so what do you figure...list-joiners know what they are
'cause they're intimately in touch with the revealed word of the
not-god??? how's that happen? maybe a vision in the night that
lays bare every-freaking-thing?
certainly wouldn't want to contaminate your list with "ignorant
atheism"...I was, however, hoping that maybe you could enlighten
us poor benighted individuals who are impervious to the divine
enlightenment that has illuminated your visceral knowledge of
athesim
Besides, the explanation would be way longer than the other

well, duh....
of course it might also be a lot more INTERESTING AND USEFUL
too

You could try checking out the rest of my website. There are plenty
of links to the kind of information you are asking about. The entire
purpose of the website is to help people find information on various
topics such as atheism, religion, history and the sciences. You could
check this out, or you could continue being rude for no reason at all.

What is there to know? Atheism isn't about knowledge, "Atheism is
characterized by an absence of belief in the existence of gods." --
http://www.infidels.org/news/atheism/intro.html
Atheist agnostics go beyond absence of belief in the existence of gods to
unabashedly deny and repudiate, on principle, religious belief in the
existence of gods:
"That which Agnostics deny and repudiate, as immoral, is the contrary
doctrine, that there are propositions which men ought to believe, without
logically satisfactory evidence." -- Thomas Huxley, who coined the term
'agnostic', in his excoriation of the Christian Belief, "Agnosticism and
Christianity" http://aleph0.clarku.edu/huxley/CE5/Agn-X.html
"The deepest sin against the human mind is to believe things without
evidence." -- Thomas Huxley, Evolution and Ethics

Perhaps adding _links_ to websites which contain explanations of
the "flavors" may be worthwhile without being too long and
redundant. ...Or maybe not?
