You all know about the Islamic madrassa schools where they are taught to
hate and learn how to kill. You may have even heard or seen them on TV
showing young mothers and fathers leading their children in prayer for our
death. They scare the hell out of me.
Then this morning I tuned into one of the local TV stations broadcasting our
own version of a madrassa. This was coming from one of those preachers, John
Hagee, who was explaining to the bright shining faces of several thousand
fathers, mothers and young children that world war three had started and we
were at war with Islam. He went on to say how ridicules their belief of
obtaining 27 virgins when they blow themselves up was and how they want
nothing more or less than our death. He went into great detail about the
Islamic version of Armageddon and how foolish it is to believe this or
anything like it.
To this point I was with him. It is the height of irrationality to believe
anything like the virgin story, but then he went on to tell how WWIII would
start and what the outcome would be - all proclaimed in the bible. He said
that God would return to earth and three years later a massive war would
start - but not to worry because he and all his followers would be 'removed'
directly to heaven before it starts. In other words he has his own virgin
story - it's called Armageddon and the Rapture.
He went on to preach that the when (not if) Israel bombs the Iranian nuclear
processing facilities that this would start WWIII. The really scary part of
this guy and the sheep he was leading he actually looks forward to this
happening because its Gods will. He actually is preaching that we should
facilitate the start of the war in some mad desire to go to heaven.
As I watched this jaw dropping display I thought "I am very glad that this
flock of stupendisouly stupid people are confined in a little part of Texas
and could be ignored". Then I remembered that our own American president
also has a story of the end of time. George W is a True Believer and that is
a *really* scary thought.

I thought it was 72 virgins, not 27.
I've watched Hagee several times on TV, and he always comes across
as a complete crackpot. What's sad is that the people who wrote the
Bible stories were just like him, always yapping about the end of the
world coming any day now...

I kind of like this.
If the moslems are going to crawl with crazies, we might as well let our
crazies attack their crazies.
Someday we wil all get tired of crazies.
When the governments of Islam decide they are tired of
letting the crazies set the agenda, they can do something about it.
Until then us moderates will have to wait.
When the shitty Saudis stop spending $$$$$ on Wahabis madressas, call me.
