An Easter classic I would like to share |
Perhaps this little 'fwiend' of mine is uneducated in the extreme, but he
nevertheless is proving a bit of a pushover. Would like to share his genius
with you - starting with my question first :
Okay, well, I had to be reminded on the news actually via the little bit of
minor coverage of the pope doing his hand waving ***** that some of the more
gullible amongst us actually believe all this "Jesus died but..he's all
magic and... he came back to life and stuff !!"
What a crock of *****. Okay, now. Lemme sit down, and strap myself in for
this : Exactly ...HOW, did he come back to life. No, no, no, wait, the
answer "because he's the son of god !!", is not sufficient as an answer. HOW
did he come back to life.
Let me go strap myself in.......
The answer ?
This is probably the LAST thing you want ot hear but He is the Son of God
and that's how it happened. He said it Himself before He died...that He
would rise again. And that's not all....He's coming back again to take all
the Christians with Him up to heaven. And the 7 years of Tribulation start
afer the Antichrist signs a peace treaty with Israel...which is eventually
broken. And during the 7 years people can either become Christians of follow
the Antichrist..who they will think is god after he raises himself from the
dead. But wht the non believers don't know is that he will be indwelt by
Satan himself. And he will kill others if they don't worship him...
Anyway I know i got off the subject but it's something to think about. I'll
tell you more about it later.
Love in Christ....david
Come now, HOW CAN YOU NOT believe after THAT !!! It's just so plausible !!

Yeah so anyway, I never did get any kind of explanation from him. I was
perhaps hoping that someone of religion that frequents this n.g. might be
able to explain the technicalities of someone coming back to life after
dying but I suppose I should have known better.

Hah...you are but a minion in my multiverse dominion!
Oh yeah! Prove your multiverse exists.
Your insolence will be dealt with in due course! Release the zorgwort=
s!
Oh bother. I really do hate zorgworts.
They are awful. They will crowd into your den and hog the remote
control, watching silly 70's sitcoms and reality shows. They'll bring
back some of the nastiest ***** from some of the worst takeout places
in your local galactic group. Then they leave the leftovers in the frid=
ge
making you clean it out every few days. I don't even want to talk
about their hygiene.
There's only one thing that zorgworts can't abide. I wonder if
you know what it is!
Weekends with Maury and Connie?
(Of course, I'm with them on that one.)
Gak! Me too :P
It is arguably the worst infotainment show ever aired, akin to Chinese
water torture (no pun intended). If I want to hear a married couple
bickering, I don't need to watch TV. I can listen to the neighbors
across the street. Good Lint=AE, I'd rather watch 16 straight hours of
MXC on Spike, and I probably will now that the zorgworts have taken up
residence in the TV room (damn that Geoff) than watch WwMaC for a
minute, even though the 167th time you've seen a large breasted
Japanese girl battle with the rubber dolphin of doom and do a face
plant in nuclear splooge, the humor runs a bit stale.
You are absolutely right, Ken.

MXC (most extreme challenge) uses footage from a Japanese TV show
where real people compete in weird, humiliating and sometimes painful
contests. The audio tract is completely replaced with intentionally
badly dubbed English that has nothing whatsoever to do with the
original show, reminiscent of Mystery Science Fiction Theater, with
suggestive commentary from two kimono clad hosts, Vic Romano and Ken
Blankenship.
I think you need to see it to believe it. Alpha Centauri . . . Japan
.. . . it really wouldn't make any difference for this show.

<laughter> Ta.
