Object: And here we go again...
Funny isn't it this keeps happening to the big, loud "activist" types?
The son of Randall Terry (of "Operation Rescue" fame) just came out:
http://www.out.com/feature.asp
(It's also interesting that Mr. Family Values fucked around on his wife,
got censured by his church for it, divorced, remarried, one of his kids
has become Muslim, and for *some unstated--on CNN at least--reason he says
two of his kids are not allowed to come to his house because they're
allegedly dangerous. Quite a father that one must've been.)

The only surprise is seeing that Jamiel Terry isn't white.
The extremists xians are so often racist (ie. it took a
lawsuit to force Falwell to let blacks in his church) that
for Randal Terry to have married a non-caucasian woman is
surprising.
Jamiel is kinda cute, too.

Jai? Jai!?
Kyan, all the way. He's f'ing gorgeous! Compared to him, Jai
is just a boy... a cute boy, but just a boy. Kyan has MAN written all
over him, those biceps, those eyes, that hair, that powerful
chin... oh...
And then Ted. He's really the heart of the show; he's not just
a good cook, he's been the men's style, fashion, and "how to be a

You don't watch "Queer Eye"?!? Shame on you! They've been doing shows all
around where I live too. Got excited phone call from a friend to tell me that
Carson was on his cell phone across the street from her house ;)
Though my personal favorite of Kyan. He is gorgeous! Okay, I know he's gay,
but that doesn't stop me from looking ;)

I think it's just a matter of laziness. I'm not a great housekeeper and I had
always thought my sense of design was pretty straight guy. But putting things
together for this gay and lesbian wedding show I'm doing tomorrow (see
http://www.thegsba.org/events.php?category=Special&type=Wedding+Show#53) has
motivated me to come up with some *fabulous* ideas for setting up my vendor
space. Apparently I picked up some stuff from the Gay Decorating even though I
slept through most of the classes.

Though my personal favorite of Kyan. He is gorgeous! Okay, I know he's
gay, but that doesn't stop me from looking ;)

Huh. None of those guys do anything for me.

None of them are much my type either (although I wouldn't say no to Thom.) But
they are (at least, appear to be) a great bunch of guys and I love to count them
as friends. Personality counts for a lot in my book.

Okay, I confess. I don't watch the show. And if the Lambda Review
Board ever sees the way I keep house, I'm going to have to give back
the toaster oven.

The only reason I'm is I failed the interior decoration course at
Queer School.

I'm just not fabulous.

Nonsense!

Sorry, I failed fabulous. Right now the living room is decorated in
early dog.

(I never want another Chow ever!)

Chow Chow Chow..........

chiuahua?(sp)

Nah. Bigger, hairier, and noisier.

Sigh...

Sorry....the 'chi' was a suggested replacement.

You could always make a rug from the shed chow fur.....

I'm about ready to make a rug out of the actual Chow...

Marinate the meat before grilling......

You don't watch "Queer Eye"?!? Shame on you! They've been doing shows all
around where I live too. Got excited phone call from a friend to tell
me that Carson was on his cell phone across the street from her house ;)

Though my personal favorite of Kyan. He is gorgeous! Okay, I know he's gay,
but that doesn't stop me from looking ;)

Although I am not gay, I have had the slightly disconcerting
realization that if I were gay, Ted would be the sort of person I'd
like to date.
No, really, I'm not! Honestly! :)

Well, he IS the straightest-acting of the bunch. Not to mention, he has a
gorgeous-sounding voice and is an excellent cook. What's not to like? :)

Hey, half the reason I watch "Queer Eye" is to see Jai
bouncing around.

Am I missing something?

You've never heard of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy?

If they came to my place they'd take one quick look around and
realise some straight guys just can't be helped.

My husband and I have actually toyed with the idea of applying to be
on the show (He'd love a new wardrobe), but I don't think I'd want
to hear their comments about my decorating style ;)

Tsk, Robyn. Just because they'd show up in robes carrying torches
and muttering "burn her" is really no reason for
concern...........(WIDE-eyed)

Especially after they see my collection of witch figures and voodoo
dolls ;)

hehehehe.....they would be neat to see though.

Nothing too creepy, I assure you. I tend to collect "attractive" witch
figures as opposed to the typical green-faced hag ones - Trying to
break that stereotype ;)

However, I REALLY want the Barbie-sized Wicked Witch of the West doll.
Hmm....I do have a birthday coming up ;)

Oh, that reminds me, somebody has written a novel about the Wicked Witch
of the West that's apparently quite revisionist...

Apparently, she was just misunderstood...

One of my SILs gave me that book for Christmas a couple of years ago (gee,
I wonder why?) It's also been made into a Broadway musical:

I'd LOVE to see it ;)

Hmmmm, maybe I'll ask the husband to pick me up something witchy when he's
in N'Orleans week after next. I know it's probably expensive as all get
out, but doesn't Anne Rice have a shop there?

Since she got religion, I dunno.
On the other hand, did he find the voodoo shop or does he need directions?
