** Addendum filed with complaint showing recent post by Barbara Schwarz
threatening to have Scarff arrested if he came to Salt Lake City.
Scarff advised that the SLC Police are well aware of Ms. Schwarz, her
long history of mental illness & ill-concieved tactics, and street
officers would be advised if Schwarz initiated any false harassment
complaints against Scarff.
** Scarff also agreed, per scheduled visit in April with police, city
and library officials, and editors of Salt Lake City Tribune to be
accompanied by friend to videotape any verbal outbursts and misconduct
initiated by Schwarz. Scarff agrees to press criminal charges against
Schwarz for initiating any and all fraudulent actions.

7) Staff kitchen, deprogrammees are not allowed to eat.
8) Bare room with hard cement flooring. This is where deprogrammees get
only one hour sleep each day, laying in a dirt sheet. Note the tiny
window to prevent escape. (This sort of confirms that the Rice bro's
were something like concentration camp wardens in their past life)
9) Deprogrammer house. Used to hide our victims from family, friends,
and churches until our victims no longer believe in their religion.
Walls are 12 inch brick, to hide screaming of deprogrammees from

Anarchist Party, that promotes the overthrowing of the U.S. government,
the killing of police officers and their website teaches how to build
bombs. Lerma is close to William White, spokesperson of UAP who was
arrested and convicted of battery and carrying a concealed weapons.

David Rice has done more than talk about harming the Church of
Scientology and its parishioners. He has actively sought the means to
conduct terrorism.
GPS Readings Taken by David Rice & Keith Henson
On July 5, 2000, David Rice was at one of the Church facilities with
Keith Henson and Barbara Graham. It was on that day that Rice took the
GPS (Global Positioning System) readings of various buildings. Rice
later posted this information on the Internet along with a photo and
the coordinates of one of the buildings. He called it "target data".
In his November 2000 Affidavit, Rice gives his false version of the
story on what "happened" on that day when he, Barbara Graham and Keith
Henson were harassing the Church. Rice claims that he used the GPS
device to simulate that it was a tape recorder.
If that was his real intention, then why did he take the actual
readings? In any event, Rice's story is contradicted by a debrief
written by Barbara Graham (a.k.a. Barb Warr) who clearly states that
Rice was taking GPS coordinates and that Keith Henson had them go out
again to repeat this action after a lunch break.
With his false affidavit David Rice was apparently attempting to
protect Keith Henson who had also made threats against the Church. It
is not the first time that Rice attempted to cover up threats against
the Church while blaming the Church for having fabricated the threat.
In July 1999, Rice blamed the Church of Scientology for a bomb threat
that had been made against it several years earlier. Robert Clark,
another avid attacker of the Church, and the person who had actually
made the threat, posted to the Internet the following day that he (Rob
Clark) had been the one who made the bomb threat. Of course Clark was
dishonest enough to only admit his terrorist threat after the statute
of limitations ran out.
David Rice claims to be a computer network systems specialist who used
to live on his "own" boat, Myste, at Dana Point, California. On October
23, 2000 he posted on the Internet that he had sold the boat and was
now in Hana Bay, Maui - one of the Hawaiian islands.
In a November 2000 affidavit, which was posted on the Internet, Rice
confirmed that he has been out of the country and that he was at that
time planning to move on to French Polynesia.
His desire to remain outside United States' legal jurisdiction is

therapy which will have the staying power of chiropractic, with as

It is a phenomenon of some sort, and full of meaning, that over
500,000 copies of the book are supposed to have been sold.
Countless persons, without proper background and with- out
understanding of basic human motives and drives, are "auditing"
each other, and as a' result mental hospitals may receive as
patients many whose first psychotic breakdown occurred during such
"auditing." The "auditors" simply do not know how to handle the
material elicited. The dangers inherent in such amateurish
"auditing" are readily apparant. Since these persons cannot
recognize an incipient psychosis, adequate treatment may be
delayed, and delay, as pointed out in Bellak's book, "Dementia
Precox," definitely reduces the chances for recovery or
improvement.
In a short time there has developed a demand on the part of
thousands of persons for training as professional "auditors." To
meet this demand, I am informed, there have been established two
training centers in the United States, in Eliza- beth, N. 1., and
in Los Angeles. The course lasts one month, and tuition is said to
be $500. The. initial Los Angeles enrol- ment was 1,000 persons,
many having been turned away. An income of 5500,000 for the
Dianetic Foundation in one month is certainly not bad. This,
however, is only the beginning. There is being projected a
Dianetic College or University, with a two year course, which will
no doubt give graduates greater prestige.
Devotees of dianetics, like the devotees of cults, are not moved
by unfavorable statements made by men of recognized scientific
background. These fanatics support the new cult vvith a religious
fervor. In vain have I shown them comments by scientific critics.
One gets the same answers that have so often been heard from
enthusiasts for other cults. For one thing, one hears that the
medical profession is really a medical trust that is trying to
keep out all forms of treatment but its own. The new cult is
growing 'by the vigorous exploitation. of testimonials. I have
already listened to a testimonial of a cure. of agoraphobia.
Another person has reported that since he has been "audited" he is
a better conversationalist. One woman I know is about to start
being "audited" after listening to a testimonial by someone who
had gotten rid of many "engrams" through dianetics. This
dianeticized person claimed that her thinking had improved and
hence her abilities as a stock market trader had become markedly
sharper, the whole process resulting in her taking profits of
$13,000 within a few days. And so the testimonials go.
In Los Angeles the dianetics enthusiasts meet every Sunday morning
in a theater to-hear about the latest procedures and to listen to
exegeses of the great book. As one would expect, the spirit of
these meetings has the coloring that goes with religious zeal. At
one of these meetings I saw one man get up and call attention to
some contradictory phases of the teaching, of the book. He was
booed and hooted down, to the relief of the moderator.
Professional "auditors" are set- ting up offiices throughout the
country and advertising for patients in the good old chiropractic
way. Something should be done to expose irrefutably this
nonsensical tomfoolery.

8) Bare room with hard cement flooring. This is where deprogrammees get
only one hour sleep each day, laying in a dirt sheet. Note the tiny
window to prevent escape. (This sort of confirms that the Rice bro's
were something like concentration camp wardens in their past life)
9) Deprogrammer house. Used to hide our victims from family, friends,
and churches until our victims no longer believe in their religion.
Walls are 12 inch brick, to hide screaming of deprogrammees from
neighbors.

Carto and is on the Board of Policy of Liberty Lobby, an anti-semitic
organization founded by Carto. He is also associated with the Utopian
Anarchist Party, that promotes the overthrowing of the U.S. government,
the killing of police officers and their website teaches how to build
bombs. Lerma is close to William White, spokesperson of UAP who was
arrested and convicted of battery and carrying a concealed weapons.

DAVID RICE
David Rice has done more than talk about harming the Church of
Scientology and its parishioners. He has actively sought the means to
conduct terrorism.
GPS Readings Taken by David Rice & Keith Henson
On July 5, 2000, David Rice was at one of the Church facilities with
Keith Henson and Barbara Graham. It was on that day that Rice took the
GPS (Global Positioning System) readings of various buildings. Rice
later posted this information on the Internet along with a photo and
the coordinates of one of the buildings. He called it "target data".
In his November 2000 Affidavit, Rice gives his false version of the
story on what "happened" on that day when he, Barbara Graham and Keith
Henson were harassing the Church. Rice claims that he used the GPS
device to simulate that it was a tape recorder.
If that was his real intention, then why did he take the actual
readings? In any event, Rice's story is contradicted by a debrief
written by Barbara Graham (a.k.a. Barb Warr) who clearly states that
Rice was taking GPS coordinates and that Keith Henson had them go out
again to repeat this action after a lunch break.
With his false affidavit David Rice was apparently attempting to
protect Keith Henson who had also made threats against the Church. It
is not the first time that Rice attempted to cover up threats against
the Church while blaming the Church for having fabricated the threat.
In July 1999, Rice blamed the Church of Scientology for a bomb threat
that had been made against it several years earlier. Robert Clark,
another avid attacker of the Church, and the person who had actually
made the threat, posted to the Internet the following day that he (Rob
Clark) had been the one who made the bomb threat. Of course Clark was
dishonest enough to only admit his terrorist threat after the statute
of limitations ran out.
David Rice claims to be a computer network systems specialist who used
to live on his "own" boat, Myste, at Dana Point, California. On October
23, 2000 he posted on the Internet that he had sold the boat and was
now in Hana Bay, Maui - one of the Hawaiian islands.
In a November 2000 affidavit, which was posted on the Internet, Rice
confirmed that he has been out of the country and that he was at that
time planning to move on to French Polynesia.
His desire to remain outside United States' legal jurisdiction is

Ergo, what they say about Scientology/Barbara Schwarz
is false. Oops! The basic problem with the ad hominem
fallacy is that it doesn't address the issue it is invoked
to refute. It is a fallacy of irrelevance: the focus is on the
messenger instead of his message (with the intent of
refuting that message). That means that even if
everything you've said is 101% true, it is entirely
irrelevant to the actual truth or falsity of what the
Rice boys claim.
On the other hand it could very well have an impact
on whether anyone should _take their word_ that
their claims are true, i.e.: their credibility. But this
is self inflicted on the part of the person expecting
others take his word for his assertions. And you
neatly cancel this out by your own expectation that
your word be taken for youre claims, essentially
saying "believe me, don't believe those guys."
