Coulter has taken the lesson of Fox News' success and run with it farther
than even Fox would dare. She understands that there is a large vein of
fascist sentiment at the heart of American "conservatism" and she will tap it
dry if she can.
Expect her to produce ever more hateful, ignorant and outrageous crap to keep
the attention on her. Whether she actually believes any of this bs is mostly
irrelevant; it's all about fame and money for Ann.

My friend Google and I were just having a go at this, and it seems
that there is a CNN transcript of a Larry King show where she does
state he wasn't president .... (maybe because he crossed the racial
divide in the bedroom and she's demoted him).
http://mediamatters.org/items/200502080002?offset=20&show=1
read down into the comments... I couldn't find the transcript but
there are a number of web hits that seem to say this happened.

I saw it with mine own eyes. It was like she thought Jefferson and
Franklin were the same person or something. She was arguing with a more
knowledgable person and he was like wtf? The moderator just kind of
moved on like it was nothing. It made me feel like America is just the
dumbest country in the world.

I think it's hilarious how many people seem to have the idea that modern
biology begins and ends and rests solely on Darwin's theories, as though
no research has ever been developed by anyone ever since then.
Few who dismiss Darwin seem to have taken an undergraduate course in
biology, let alone genetics. Oh, I know, the liberal atheist
universities indoctrinate the students into their heathen beliefs.

It's the biblical model. Once the text was written, the final word was
known and that's it. Of course, a few thousand translations didn't
change that word at all.
That model is all these people understand. The entire concept of
learning new things on your own using your own senses and mind is
entirely outside of their experience.

We laud Darwin for the same reason we do Newton and Galileo. Yes,
science has marched on past them, but they remain major touchstones in
the advancement of our understanding of the world around us.
