then so long as he is a Christian he will not sin.

I've seen your symptoms manifest in people who take too much LSD,
sometimes it's too much pot or alcohol. In any event "born again" is
usually a last ditch attempt for a loser to feel value while wallowing
in their worthlessness. What always puzzled me, however, is why you need
bother others about your problems.
