Speaking of signs -- albeit not church signs -- I saw an outdoor ad for
those "angus burgers" that some fast food joint is selling. Too bad the
first "g" had fallen off the sign.

That reminds me of what went on in our small little ol town. We have
one Burger King, and one McDonald's. They are across the street from
each other. Burger King's sign said "Come on in and try our new flame
broiled sandwiches". The McDonald's sign "Closed due to fire". I
thought it was funny every time I drove by.
(The McDonald's caught on fire and burned down due to a maintenance
man using a torch to thaw frozen pipes and caught the wall on fire.)
