The article said thay might not be prosecuted under Indiana law, since the
laws in that state may not criminalize such acts. Interesting whether such
a law could be said to violate the "separation" doctrine. The First
Amendment must have been cited by the Defense in such cases, in other
states where prosecutions have gone forward.
