that spreads malaria in Africa to bite its human victims."
Now any intelligent designer who didn't want to be responsible for "40
percent of the world's population [being] at risk of infection [and]
....more than 1 million malaria deaths every year, more than half of
which occur among children"

would surely think to eliminate this one chemical from human sweat and
thereby free us of a plague like that.
So once again the so-called Intelligent Design crowd (let's just call
them what they are - creationists) once again have to own up to the
fact that this god of theirs is either a vicious sadist or a moron.
Or they could face the truth: that it was evolution that did this and
no god had anything to do with it.
