On 13 Apr 2005, Fred Stone <fstone69@earthling.com> had this to share with
alt.atheism:
Imagine if some Republican, say Tom Delay fr'instance said something
similar about a gay Democrat. There would be such screaming and crying
about it, it would be headlined on the evening news for a week at least.
Maybe this week, but had any republican said anything similar a year ago,
pfft! Of all the horseshit piled around Washington, the republican
"handled" media has got to be the smelliest. They accuse them of being the
"liberal media", but they only seem to really go after the Dem/Libs. Repubs
from the resident on down have had a free pass for over 6yrs now.

Really? Which Dem/Libs in particular?
Repubs from the resident on down have had a free
pass for over 6yrs now.
I don't know which media you've been reading, but the ones I have been
reading have jumped on every baseless charge that comes up against a
Republican while ignoring far worse felonies committed by Democrats.
Sandy Berger? Pass. Practically ignored the slap on the wrist for his
taking classified documents out of the National Archives.
Joe Wilson? Hyped his book, ignored the refutation of his charges. Just
about ignored the conclusion that there was no crime in "outing" his
wife.
Richard Clarke? Hyped his book, ignored all the contradictions.

On 13 Apr 2005, Fred Stone dropped trou, farted, whirled, then shouted:
Clinton is a liberal, don't forget. He's obviously not a homophobe,
as his comment about the man's homosexuality only stated fact.
Opinion, not fact.
"... He went to Massachusetts and married his longtime male partner and
then he comes back here and announces this," Clinton said at a Harlem
news conference.
Where's the opinion?
There
was no "gay bashing" here, IMHO.
Imagine if some Republican, say Tom Delay fr'instance said something
similar about a gay Democrat. There would be such screaming and crying
about it, it would be headlined on the evening news for a week at
least.
Clinton pointed out that the man is a hypocrite, casting doubt upon the
credibility of his statement against his wife. Had it been the way you
said, the words "*****", "homo", and probably "sinner" would have been
used, and *that* is gay bashing.

Why, because he dislikes Hillary's politics more than he cares about gay
marriage?

Would that be because "hypocrite" isn't judgemental but "sinner" is?

A gay person can't have other issues that make him oppose Hillary? Gay
marriage is the only thing gays are allowed to think about, and they
have to toe the Democrat party line on that?
In truth, calling an
opportunistic sociopath like this "self-loathing" was a bit of a

I see you've bought the single-issue line from the Democrats, at least
for gays. What's your single issue?

Now since Fred Stone thinks Bill Clinton is "anti-gay" because he
notes the hypocrosy of a gay Republican who actively lobbies to
deprive gay American their rights, doesn't that make Fred Stone a
complete bigot with this bit of Republican honesty below?
