Another quality kook spew |

Here's an 8 page single sentence kook spew covering the electronic
torture of the poor victim conducted against him by the Shadow
Government or something.
About the only thing interesting about this is the previous Judicial
dismissals mentioned "without a legitimate reason for doing so."
Apparently being mentally insane and filing profoundly disturbed and
obviously delusional kook rants as if they were "motions" isn't
considered a legitimate reason to dismiss the kook -- in the kook's
own opinion, of course.
