The Christian Taliban fascists in South Dakota voted overwhelmingly to
violate the Constitutional, Civil, and human rights of women, counting
on the Christofascists on the Supreme Court to finally put an end to
over 200 years of progress for women's rights.
Who gets to decide what endangers a womans life?
The fundies, of course.
Women with cancer for
example - if they have a 70% chance of dying if they continue the
regnancy - is that a deemed an acceptable risk?
Yes.
What about those from abusive homes?
Yes.
Or how about rape victims who might decide to opt for suicide because
they've been forced to remain pregnant?
That's fine as it's "for a greater good" and "part of the divine plan."
Can they simply go to the next state?
Good luck. The nutcases who bomb and murder medical personnel and
medical centres have driven the insurance costs sky high and many
medical folks fear for their lives. So what is legal is often
unaccessable.
Further, it won't be long before pregnant women will have to get special
authorization(s) to be able to leave their state if not home
city/county.
Here in NI abortion is illegal except
if you can prove it would be damaging to the woman's health (mental or
physical) so many women go across to GB. The same goes for the Republic of
Ireland.
These Christians want women to have to go back to 'coat hangers' and
'back alleys' with the resulting deaths, sterilizations, permanent
infirmaries, etc., for the crime of having intercourse.

be 'blessed' with a cornucopia of splinters.
