In this particular case we have pictures of Smith taking the
11 year old girl AND the fact that he told his brother where
the body could be found AND DNA evidence.
Is that enough?
Yes, in this case it is. However, whatever satisfaction might be
obtained from frying the killer in this case is simply not worth the
odds of executing someone else who's innocent.
If you think innocent people haven't been put to death by the dozen in
this country, you're the one in lala-land.
