Anyone Still Against The Death Penalty? |

There's no debate. The appeals process costs the state millions and a
separate holding facility is needed for those awaiting execution.
The cost of adding a few people to a population of thousands is essentially
zero.
No new buildings, no new facilities and no additional guards.
If you've ever fed 100 people you know there is always enough to feed 110 so
even the cost of food is essentially zero.
You fucking scumbag.
You've reduced the life of an 11 year old girl...Someone's baby girl,
to
dollars and cents. The maggot that took away the sunshine of her
parent's
lives, a girl that undoubtedly brought happiness to many, he deserves
to
be put to death.
Any society that doesn't put "women and children" first
is doomed. Anyone who would see this piece of human filth remain alive
should re-think their oh-so-liberal fucking excuse for a life.

No, I've reduced the barbaric idea that killing somebody for killing
somebody is cheaper than letting them live.
If you don't think it's about money and conviction rates, you don't live in
the same world I do.
Any society that doesn't put "women and children" first
is doomed. Anyone who would see this piece of human filth remain alive
should re-think their oh-so-liberal fucking excuse for a life.
Then this society is doomed. The idea that women and children are put first
in anything but old movies about sinking ships is laughable.
You can rape a woman on a city street and have a better chance of not even
going to trial then if you grabbed a wallet from a man on the same street.
Only about 1 in 5 rape cases go to trial and the conviction rate is very
low.
The vast majority of rapes in this country are not reported to law
enforcement and if you were raped on a college campus the campus police will
actively discourage you from reporting.
We know that because we can compare the number of calls we get with what
gets reported and we know that we don't get all of them.
Spend time with child protective services and you will find out how children
are put "first"
They are understaffed and can only respond to the worst cases. Most of the
time since being with the family is considered the best place for a child
there is nothing they can do with cases where the abuse is mild.
When the kids are living literally in *****, starved and beaten on a regular
basis they *may* be able to get them out.
This society may some day put women and children on an equal footing with
men but it's not going to happen soon and it never happened in the past.
How many hours a month do you spend doing something for these people?
I spend a minimum of 36 hours and most rape crisis centers always need
volunteers.

It's about both. There's two types of killers:
1. Those created by socio-economic injustice who are fighting for survival
2. Psychological deviants who have genetically inherited faulty social
coping abilities.

Perhaps. But let us look at it from a purely hypothetical angle.
Let us imagine that another young girl, has been killed, on that fairground that
I mentioned.
The ride that killed her, was yours, and death was the direct result of bad
maintenance, and inadequate safety precautions.
You have killed her, negligent murder.
Now you are being sued for damages.
Remember that you are (The maggot that took away the sunshine of her

Will you defend your self?
Or do you agree (he deserves to be put to death.)?
