yes, this is a "shoot", fellows. I have contacted this man:

and a few other people and have determined that I have a legitmate
claim
for suing everyone that ever tried to netcop me for infringing upon my
First
Amendment rights. So anyone who has ever netcopped me can consider
this an offical subpeona to appear for a civil suit. Specific
individuals will
be served as soon as I can figure out who did what. All of my enemies
will
pay for the sacriledge that they have committed upon me. I'm looking
for
like $20,000,000 or so. that's all. Stand by for further details.

Here's a clue. The 1st amendment only apply to the government trying
to suppress your freedom of speech.
Unless those people are attempting to sue are federal employees, you
have zero grounds for a suit. If your lawyer didn't explain this to
you, you should get a different lawyer.
You see Usenet is a similar to Stage in private park. You can say
climb up on a littler personal stage and say anything you want. but
the owners of the park have all the rights to remove you from the
park if do know follow their rules. The other people in the park of
the right to laugh, or toss rotten fruit at you. You have no 1st
Amendment rights.
