August 28 Letter Sent to 'President' By Gov of Louisiana Officially Asking For Help |

suggestions, with cost comparisons, etc. It was sent
before the hurricane struck. A lot could have been
done to alleviate this disaster. Instead, Bush remained
on vacation for three days and made smiley faced
announcements and lied while people drowned and
starved and died.
