Not out of the question at all- ZA is already mineral rich with a lot of
uranium ore. At one time the Soviets and the United States were fighting

that kind of lightning is only found in the Transvaal (which no longer
exists - it has been carved up into a number of provinces). Call it Gauteng,
if you will. People up north of us have to have surge protectors on their
phone lines.
