The Declaration of Independence, the bulwark and foundation
of America, declares that /rights/ come from our creator,
hence men can not take them away. Because atheists do not
have a creator, they have no rights. Feel free to persecute
atheists.

Thank, babe. Now please FOAD.
BTW, atheists DO have a creator. Well, TWO in fact. They're called
parents.

Nope, robinkof, future parents only mixed the two ingredients necessary for new
human life.

correct. that is not Creation in the divine sense of the world.
at best, it is mere animal rutting.
robikoff's parents were interested solely in pleasuring themselves. well we
can't be sure of what their motives were.
one thing we do know is that they did not want robi. she was an unfortunate
mistake, an unwelcome inconvenient byproduct of their sexual lust.
so they got rid of her. in more modern times, her parents may have aborted
her and this abomination that is robi would not be disturbing our peace with
her troubled mind.
the greatest irony of course could be that she is alive today by the Will of
God.

The ingredients are already there compliments of God, and are
brought together via complimentary shaped organs in a pleasurable act (again of
God) of Christian love.

ha ha. christian love. ha ha.

The Liars For God know that the DofE isn't the Constitution, but they
use it to whip up a frenzy among their followers who are too hard of
thinking to understand the difference, and who haven't the common
sense not to repeat it.
And they can't even get the DofE right, because they imagine any
mention of any creator means their religion's, and they use it as a
bogus "authority" to "prove" that it is a Christian nation.
It's not their religion's creator but the individual's. I was created
by my parents, not the deity of their religion. It's a poetic way of
describing innate rights, as you say in a letter to a king who
believed he ruled by divine right.

Klazmon.

Cool then using your logic: since the constitution of the US say nothing about
a creator or which diety these powers and rights come from, and theist don't
recognize any rights not stemming from their god myth, I can only assume the
constitution does not apply to Theists and therefore only atheist can be true

These 'rights' that our founding fathers referred to: Did they apply to the
slaves they owned as well. And come to think of it, Why didn't Jesus
'emancipate' the slaves that were suffering such oppression in Judea. Was he
not the 'Messiah' who was destined to become 'ruler of Israel' according to

Your questions are already answered by history, but there were two basic
parties at the time as well, federalists and populists. The federalists
rejected the idea of slavery as a violation of human rights, but agreed
to tolerate it for a set period of time in order to establish the union
which they believed could not survive without the populists. Populists,
who were the passionate devotees of Thomas Jefferson are the hypocrites
you are thinking of, saw "freedom" as the opportunity to do whatever the
hell they wanted including kill off the witnesses. That was the French
idea of "liberty" which Jefferson admired and which never worked in France,
the idiots kept returning to dictatorship and empire, followed by anarchy
and more dictatorship and more anarchy, nearly into modern times. Populists
believed they had a right to own slaves, and are the ancestors of today's
advocates of legalized drugs, abortion, and unlimited personal freedom...
but the downfall of populists is that they also want the government to
take care of them, give them free food, health care, housing, drugs,
which, as in France leads to socialism and dictatorship. But don't get
the philosophical interpretation of "morality" and the profession of
religion mixed up. Even in Christianity there is more than one school
of thought, the one which believes in living like puritans and still in
danger of hellfire, the one which believes we should freely continue to
sin and have merely to "believe" in Jesus for forgiveness and redemption,
those who believe in election and predestination, etc. etc., still all
in the category of "believers" of one sort or another. Jefferson the
white man who said all men are created equal and not only owned slaves
but is "guilty" loving some of his slaves to the degree of fathering
children by them, also was so interested in the Bible's message he
went to the trouble of translating portions of it. The Bible does not
condemn "slavery" as a form of employment, it /does/ condemn the
inhumane treatment of any sort of employees, but especially the poor,
which might include slaves. Whatever "argument" you are speaking about
having been "dismantled" apparently has nothing to do with historical
facts, the past not being susceptible to change.

slavery is not banned by the Bible, that is correct.
the Bible was written by men who wished to motivate their political beliefs,
