Becoming the Universal God Body

Since we all know that we consist of many dimensions, namely the
atomic dimension and the physical body dimension, and the spiritual
body dimension, we don't need to go far in our reasoning to realize
that we are also part of the earth dimension, and also part of the Sun
dimension, the Galactic, and the Cosmic dimensions.
Since these Upper Spiritual Dimensions are the Upper Spiritual
components of our body, it is interesting to know what we can do when
we succeed in establishing contact.
So let us first do the exercises to establish contact, then talk to
these Upper Spiritual Dimensions by visualizing what we want, and
using continuous "positive thinking."
EXERCISE 1:
Merging the Personality with the Spiritual Body
The Personality:
Visualize your physical body standing in front of you.
Then see your Etheric Body surrounding it completely and extending
slightly beyond it.
Next see your Emotional Body again surrounding the Etheric, and
extending beyond it.
Finally go outwards by about 100cm, and see the limits of the Lower
Thinking Body.
Visualize in front of you your complete Personality, your Ego. A vivid
yellow body completely surrounding your physical body and extending
right round it.
The Spiritual Body:
Next to your Personality visualize your Spiritual Bodies
You will first see your Astral Body, 7D, with its chakra extending out
of your throat
Surrounding it, see the Upper Mental Body, the highest Division of the
Astral Body.
Surrounding this, see the Soul's Body, 8D, with it's chakra extending
from the third eye.
Finally see your Spirit, 9D which is based in an energy vortex above
your head. And completely surrounding the other bodies.
Now visualize this huge, impressive and beautiful Spiritual Body
standing beside the Personality. And surrounding it and completely
imbibing it with its love energies.
Joining the two: And the Personality will return the Spiritual Body's
love energies, and ask to merge with it. "Let's merge" will go out the
request. Visualize the two bodies merging. Don't worry about how this
is done. They know how to merge. All you have to do is to express your
wish, and visualize it being executed. What you have now become is a
fully illuminated, spiritually activated person. All thoughts
emanating from you will now be inspired, illuminated thoughts.
Joining with the 4 Upper Dimensions:
Now that you have united your Personality with your Spiritual Body,
you can continue your journey upwards.
"I want to Unite with You, Gaia" you will send out your strong and
loving call. Then,
"We, Gaia and Me, we want Unity with our Solar Logos" you will now ask
and you will now unite with the Spiritual Dimension of our Solar
System.
Next focus on the Black Hole Porthole in the centre of our Galaxy and
rush through it with the objective of "Unity with our Milky Way Galaxy
Spiritual Body!"
Finally, while considering yourself as a member of the Spiritual Body
of the Galaxy, with which you have become One, ask for Unity with the
Big Bang Cosmos.
These four operations are done quickly when you become accustomed to
them, and they will take you into an indescribable condition of
Vastness.
You now know what it feels like to be really part of the "All That
Is". Finally, you are back home.
EXERCISE 2:
MERGING WITH THE UNIVERSAL MIND.- THE GOD BOD - THE UNIVERSAL GOD BODY
Now that you have merged the Personality bodies with the 8 Spiritual
bodies to form a single huge united body, see the Universal Mind in
the background, filling the Universe, and send out your powerful
telepathic thought, loud and clear: "We all want you to unite with us
and become One"
And as you are saying this last phrase, see the Universal Mind merging
into your united 12 bodies, so that they all become ONE. This
operation will be executed with the help of Spiritual friends from the
Pleiades who will be only too happy to cooperate.
All you have to do is give clear instructions and visualize them being
executed. Keep doing this daily until you can feel that you are now
using the Universal Mind in your thought processes.
Activating the Integrated God Body: Now visualize this God Body in
front of you, and see its five central chakras energized by the light
exiting from them, front and back, plus the Crown and the Base chakras
sending their light vertically up and down in cone shaped extensions.
Look in your mind's eye at the Base chakra. Then go to the next
upwards and see the line of light joining them. And see this light
going all the way up, from one chakra to the next. When you reach the
Crown chakra, start moving down again. Keep moving up and down until
you can see this whole connecting light as a single line of light. And
as you keep concentrating on it you will see it thickening more and
more until it engulfs the whole body. Keep moving up and down. Then
see this whole column of light expanding upwards into the cone of the
crown chakra and downwards into the cone of the base chakra.
Now go back to the light cone above your head. As you see the centre
of the cone rising up and up, you will see the sides of the cone
expanding outwards until they become horizontal. They then start
moving downwards, until they meet with those rising from the base
cone. Similarly see the cone of the base chakra expanding downwards,
then see the sides expanding outwards, then upwards again until the
light from both cones meets and intermingles.
The GOD BODY: What you have now created is your complete God Body.
This complete light body, with the physical body in its centre,
extends outwards for as far as your mind's eye can see it.
Look at this huge Activated Integrated God Body, which we will now
call the "God Body".
Look at it with love and affection. This is what you really look like
to the Spiritual beings around you who all love you beyond measure for
the work you have contracted to do on the earth plane. See the
beautiful light energies moving about from the central light column
and from the chakras all the way out to the periphery, and back. This
God Body can be expand to cover large distances, whole countries or
planets
Practice moving quickly into your God Body. Train yourself so that it
becomes automatic Close your eyes and say: "I am the God Body"
THE UNIVERSAL GOD BODY: Now that you are in the God Body do the
following to join with your 4 other Spiritual Bodies.
Gaia: "We now want union with Gaia's Spiritual Body" You will feel
your request being fulfilled.
Sun: "We now want union with our Sun's Spiritual Body". Again you will
find your request being executed
M.W.Galaxy: Walk through the Black Hole in the centre of the
M.W.Galaxy." We now want Union with our Galactic Spiritual Body". You
will find this request from your united Spiritual bodies being happily
answered by our Galaxy's Spiritual Body.
Big-Bang Universe. Finally ask for Union with the Spiritual Body of
our Universe, of the Cosmos, where lies your real home.
You have now become your Universal God Body.
With a bit of practice you'll find yourself thinking with the mind of
your Spiritual bodies. When you are in your Universal God Body,
visualize what you want.
"I am in perfect health and rejuvenating!"
"Peace and Love and Prosperity on Planet Earth!"
