Bible quote of the day for June 21 (judge not, that you be not judged) |
Scripture: Matthew 7:1-5
1 "Judge not, that you be not judged. 2 For with the judgment you
pronounce you will be judged, and the measure you give will be the
measure you get. 3 Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's
eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? 4 Or how can
you say to your brother, `Let me take the speck out of your eye,' when
there is the log in your own eye? 5 You hypocrite, first take the log
out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck
out of your brother's eye.
--------------------------------
Some very harsh words for those who think it their place to judge
others. Only god knows what is in the hearts and minds of men.

If only Christians followed this particular passage. On the other hand there
might be a good living to be made in ocular log removal.

Ok, is this ANOTHER quote you don't agree with? I'm asking because the
implication is that you do agree with it, and that would paint you as a
hypocrite again since you judged me in another thread. Is that what you're
trying to do, present yourself as a total hypocrite?
It's working.

Some very harsh words for those who think it their place to judge
others. Only god knows what is in the hearts and minds of men.
Clairvoyance for the choir?

An' here's them people gettin' grace so hard
they're jumpin' an' shoutin'. Now they say
layin' up with a girl comes from the devil.
But the more grace a girl got in her, the
quicker she wants to go out in the grass.
